First, the hotel is a work of art, lovingly decorated with mosaic art, stone walls, carved wood, beautiful grounds and fountains. The rooms are large, with mosaic work, a huge walk-in shower, and a large bed. The staff is very nice, the breakfast delicious. Very good coffee. We enjoyed the hot tub, a drink from the bar, and the walk in Las Cascadas.

Premises are very comfortable to the scenery es beatufil. Very clean and the food from the restaurant is very good. The staff is very firendly, respectful and understanding. The hot tub has a very nice view and even though the windows don't have blinds, it's a very private spot.

the best part of the Hotel is the staff. all of then, both girls from reception, the cousine crew and the guy who works on maintenance! everybody was lovely!

Great location, Ana and Hugo are great hosts, explained us all about the house and provide us good information about the place. You must try the “tinajita”, the hot water is awesome in cold days :)
