Beautiful location on a little hill above town. Strong wifi, hot water, comfy bed, beautifully decorated, large bathroom, spacious cozy room. The breakfast included was exceptional...like an old school bed and breakfast....very thoughtful. The eating arrea has a lovely view of a little yard and patio. There is a pool also, and several kitties around with a few adorable kittens! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Parking available. Maybe 15-20 minute walk to town...but uphill.

Very warm and friendly hosts. We really appreciated the hospitality. Breakfast was good and the location was close to Villarrica but very tranquil. We were the only guests. Room was serviceable, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.

The room was enormous, clean and super cozy. This hotel punches above its weight and above some of the other reviews I read. The breakfast room and attached outdoor rooftop patio had wonderful views and the breakfast was better than most of those I had in Chile. The location was central, near the main downtown and right by the beaches; easily could walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The staff (the mother and son as well as the woman (don't know if there's any relation)) serving breakfast were all super nice and helpful and you could tell they really cared about the property and their guests. Wish I had booked more than one night.....next time....

The food here is amazing, views of the lake are unmatched and the rooms were absolutely amazing and relaxing - we ended up staying an extra 3 days and cancelling our plans elsewhere
