We had a distracted teenager in the group, who lost his expensive camera on the way back to the airport. Rainbow was incredibly helpful to recover it well after we left the hotel and the country.

The apartment was very clean and the staff were amazing. She picked us up and she helped us a lot while we were here. I really recommend staying here as it’s close to everything.

I was lucky enough to have a great room on the 35th floor overlooking the entire city of Changsha . It was beautiful!!! on top of that my shower had floor to ceiling windows so I could see the other side of the city while I took a shower, which was pretty cool. The amenities are great, the gym was spacious and had everything that I needed. In addition to that they are attached to a supermarket and mall so if you ever need last-minute items, they are all there. I pretty much enjoyed every bit of staying at this hotel.
