I arrived at 530pm and got picked up at 9am the next morning...
I arrived at 530pm and got picked up at 9am the next morning for a safari trip. It was going dark so didn't see much - a park and the cathedral. There's a lot of shops and service being the main town for the region but nothing to see as a tourist. Not much open in the evening in terms of restaurants. Went to Can-West burger place full of local people and good. For breakfast there were more options. If I could have got an early flight the following morning I would have skipped Yopal altogether. The safari accommodation wias at Casa Cumbres about 20 mins out of the city with amazing views. There seemed to be a few places around that area which would be preferable to town (but not walkable)Guest review byDianeUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Great small city.
Great small city. Has everything you need without the mess of a big city. People are very nice and helpful. Weather is warm/hot, but almost all places have good air conditioning. I felt secure walking around the hotel and mall. Will go back for sure.Guest review byMariaColombia
