We were visiting with our 5 years old child. The hotel was more than welcoming for us and our child. Easy access by tuk tuk from center palomino. The place is a little secluded from palomino , but it's only 15min walk from palomino beach. 20min walk to the other side you come to a beautiful river at the beach. The swimming pool is also very nicely designed with hot tube and sauna , all with views to the sea. The most amazing feature is the food. Lots of choices , from pizza to pasta to fish to steak and all was amazing. Only for the food we would come back. A recommendation would be the steak with pepper sauce! We would definitely book again.

- WiFI is great if you have to work. There is even a co-working area where you can sit to work with a view. - The location is better than others that are on the main street because you don't get the dust from the road or the noise from the street. - Peaceful and very relaxing place. Good swimming pool. - each bed has its own fan and mosquito net. - The staff was amazing, they make you feel welcome and give you tips about things to do. In reception Adri and Enrique and the night staff were really night. IMPORTANT: After doing your booking you will receive a message to confirm your booking by paying 50%+a small car tip. This NOT a scam,i checked with booking. AND if you think you are arriving late,after 6pm tell them!! There are different rules in Colombia and they can put your room as no show if you don't confirm on the day or before that you are arriving late. Totally, worth staying here!

Reception was extremely attentive and answered every question we had in a timely and professional manner. People sometimes forget that the front desk isn’t their personal concierge, yet the staff still went above and beyond for us. Their patience and responsiveness made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. The restaurant exceeded our expectations — the food was truly top-notch. Fresh, flavorful, and easily some of the best meals we had during our time in Colombia. We also loved the presence of the rescued pups roaming the property. They added a warm, authentic charm to the environment and made the place feel even more welcoming.

The staff was kind and helpful. Thanks Erickson, Nubia & team! The food was fantastic and served by the sea. The location - the beach is pristine and quiet. The room was pretty and very comfortable - AC, dessert decor, love the hammock out front. It is a very tranquil place.
