The resort is fabulous, located by the beach, little chalets are between pines trees. The chalet we had was perfect for our family of 5. There is plenty to do for the kids. Pools were very busy but we didn’t mind as the beach and sea was what we preferred. Our son was the only speaking child in the kids club ( this was. A group for 10 year olds) but the person looking after the group (Abdullah) made sure that our boys felt included and had a great time. The Italian boys were also very welcoming and super kind and so my son had a very good time. We loved the evening entertainment. Food was a bit meh, for Italian beautiful food standards but it was fresh and overall ok for few days (I am not sure I would be happy if we stayed over the week 😀 the cook really needs to learn how to make scrambled eggs. It’s a wonderful place to visit, and about 3 to 4 days are usually enough to cover most of the highlights. We tried the hop-on hop-off bus tour, but it took the entire day and felt quite slow because of heavy traffic, so I’d recommend staying near the city center instead—you can easily walk around and explore on foot. A half-day trip to the Temple of Poseidon is worth it, especially for the stunning sunset views. Don’t miss the Acropolis, and definitely consider joining a walking food tour to experience the local flavors. Overall, it has been a great experience so far. Be prepared for lots of walking on uneven pavements and stone roads, so bring a good pair of sneakers. If time allows, I highly recommend visiting Santorini—stay at least two nights and take the 8-hour bus tour, which also includes a wine-tasting experience. Napoli is a frantic city, it was always chaotic but now with the influx of tourism it's getting too crowded sometimes. But no matter what it has it's own vibe, is Italy all at once, gritty, monumental, historic, passionate. And if you know just a little about football, the real one, the beautiful game, you cannot avoid loving how intense is the ever-present spirit of the great Maradona. Valencia is a beautiful place and I had the best time. We went to the L'Oceanographic it was so beautiful and very easy to access public transport and get to places. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights and it was the perfect amount of time to explore this beautiful place. Nice is very busy in September. Great restaurants and bars. The main beach can be treacherous unless you wear footwear. Exploring by foot like any major city can be tiring. Consider buying a tram pass for a few days cheap and easy to use. Always Validate your pass on the tram when you start a trip. The city has two polar opposites, the touristy all polished places and the very narrow dirty little streets. I only got to see this because we arrived in the city with a car very late at nigh (early in the morning) 3:30am, and we missed a turn to get to our hotel so the navigation took us into different one way alleys and it was surprisingly lively and busy (not in a good way) at that time of the night. Otherwise on the typical tourist attractions everything seems normal, you see diversity of people, a lot of options for food and good atmosphere.
