- From $398.03 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 1,114 reviewsIn summary we had a relaxing peaceful elegant rest. While landing at Larnaca from necessity, we decided that we should transfer to Paphos, to get the right mix of hotel quality and evening activities even though it's a long drive. good decision, even though we barely left the hotel because it was so lovely. We in retrospect could have taken the half board option because we ate all our meals in one of the Thanos hotels. Room. Relaxing, beautiful view, good size, loved the turn down in the evening. Should we have taken the kyrma garden room? No....we had same view and would have felt we needed to stay on the veranda all day. Instead we moved around during the day to follow the sun, ending up in the gorgeous spa for a relax. beautiful swimming pools. Regarding the hotel choice, after reading all the reviews we plumped for sea not mountain, and Almyra was the right choice for our relax-vaca. Anabelle I think caters to an older adult crowd and probably for kids because they have adult only spa at Almyra. Almyra looks and feels modern and was right for us. Annabelle more luxury in a detailed style. In both, staff are welcoming and kind. Also Anabelle is more of an H shape hotel, Almyra spread even meanders along the sea front. the staff were so kind and professional. breakfast to go at 0500 due to early checkout? no problem. car service booked for specific time? absolutely prompt. spa was fabulous, thank you Lizi.Guest review byCarolynUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.7Good - What previous guests thought, 2,319 reviewsI liked almost everything. The staff was polite and efficient, the room was big and the bed comfortable, big balcony, quality cosmetics in the bathroom, small fridge, tea and instant coffee in the room, superb layout of the hotel, everything is shiny clean, good services (gym, beach towels, comfortable sunbeds), large selection of food. And above all the position on the beach. Even if many people complain about the food, I found that the it was very good. Breakfast is the same every day, but with a huge selection of warm and cold meals, so you can eat something else every day. Many varieties of coffee with milk, but unfortunately the simple black coffee was not very good. Lunch and dinner were also great, contrary of what I have previous read in the reviews. There is a huge selection of warm meals, both with meat and vegetarian, salads, fruits and deserts. I found that dinner is better than lunch and it is served in a classy restaurant. Most of the food consist of premium products. A large plus for the deserts. Many, many cakes, custards, tarts, sweet sauces and fruitsGuest review byDanRomania
- From $213.73 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 605 reviewsI had a fantastic time at Cyprus Villages Hotel! The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has a charming, traditional feel with modern comforts, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s a bit off the beaten path, so a car is needed, but it’s totally worth it for the quiet, authentic experience. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore Cyprus at a slower pace!Guest review byHarriedGermany
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 1,098 reviewsThe location is perfect—right next to the restaurants promenade and Fig Tree Bay. The staff were very kind and always ready to help. Our room was spotless, and as we were traveling with a child, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also nice: while the selection didn’t change much from day to day, there were still plenty of options, including lots of fresh greens and healthy choices.Guest review byAlla_BeatrisGeorgia

Paphos isn’t the most “holiday-like” town – it has more of an industrial feel than a classic resort vibe. The harbour is pleasant with restaurants and shops. The beaches are mostly stony or pebbly, so you need to know where to go. Coral Bay and Coralia Bay are the most sandy, with plenty of sunbeds and bars right on the beach. If you’re after something a bit more unique, Olive Tree Beach is worth a visit. Overall, Paphos has some good spots, you just need to know how to find them.Guest review byFood_And_Travel_MUnited Kingdom - 8.0
First, think about what kind of vacation you want.
First, think about what kind of vacation you want. If nightlife and clubs are important to you, it’s best to stay near the center. If you’re looking for a more relaxing holiday and nightlife is not a priority, I recommend finding accommodation close to one of the beaches, preferably Makronisos or Landa (this year Nissi Beach was a disappointment). It’s quieter there, yet you still have restaurants and markets nearby, and you can easily reach the center by bus (around 10 minutes). Be sure to download the Cyprus Bus app to check timetables and routes, it makes planning your trips much easier. Also, don’t rely only on buses 101 and 102; many other lines run along Nissi Avenue and can take you from beach to beach. For those who don’t go to the beach early (before 11–12), it’s a good idea to buy your own umbrella on the first day (around €30 for a good one). After 11–12 it’s hard to find a free sunbed, and it’s a shame to go all the way to the beach only to have to leave or go somewhere else. Take advantage of the fact that the front rows on the beach are reserved for people with their own umbrellas and sunbeds.Guest review byNikolaSerbia - 8.0

My stay in Nicosia was enjoyable, with a great central location that made it easy to explore the city. The area offered plenty of cafes, shops, and cultural sights within walking distance. While my room could have been more comfortable, the overall experience was pleasant and convenientGuest review byRenata777Russia - 8.0
Polis is a nice place to spend a couple of days.
Polis is a nice place to spend a couple of days. There are some good restaurants and bars in the center of the town, serving nice traditional dishes in good prices. Nearby Latsi beach is well organised, offering all the amenities someone can expect (lifeguard, changing rooms, toilets). Polis can be used as the base for exploring the area and particularly Akamas peninsula. Highly recommended to 1st time visitors to the island!Guest review byDimitrisCyprus - 10.0

Lovely area, very easy to get around however the intense heat did make it challenging! Lots of choice to eat and drink for families and couples. Buses very frequent to Tombs of the Kings to explore further and very reasonable.Guest review byAlexandraUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I liked that it is in a quiet area.
I liked that it is in a quiet area. But be careful, it is on a hill, you will definitely need a car. We didn't like that it wasn't clean, there were cockroaches in the kitchen, the toilet was dirty, it has a kitchenette but you have to buy everything from salt to oil, you also have to buy toilet paper and shower gel, only hand soap is provided.Guest review byOana
