The road is next to the hotel, but our quiet room was OK. Staff was super helpfull, when we were approaching the hotel (which is slightly up hill) we encountered by accident the hotel manager(owner?) with a van who picked us up and brought us to the hotel - it was coincidence, but felt as a warm gesture. The other staff was helpfull and friendly as well. We had a minor issue in the room and staff was immediatelly ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Rožnov pod Radhoštěm is known mainly for its open-air museum. There it is really worth to plan two days for the visit to see everything. Nearby there are small architectural gems of a regional architect to admire. A trip to Brno is also recommended. The spa The fact we traveled from Ireland for new years celebrations and the hotel closed all facilities on new years at 8pm and did not reopen until we had left.
