Staff was very friendly and helpful and I would particularly mention the staff at reception and the ones at the restaurant, including Madusanka and Kumar who served us during our stay there, as well as the restaurant manager (unfortunately I didn't get to know his name but he was very helpful with our baby). Best location.
Best location. Ski and walk along the river right from your front door. Spas and pool is great with lots of small amenities. Everything is clean and stylish. Food is a bit expensive but in line with the rest of Bukavel. We will come again with more guests. Ive skied in 3 countries at over 20 different resorts.Guest review byEric - 10.0

I was just visiting for 3 days. I could have stayed for longer, It is such a beautiful city!! People are very friendly, and it has lots of great spots not too far, A great surprise, and I would love to come. Unluckily I did not bring my camera and do not have a smart phone!! next time. I could go to see the big fountain during the day and night ( with lights!) and with all sort of music. One can get lots around the side streets and find the cutest cafes. I am just in love with this place I was impress by how clean, Hardly anything on the floor. A must seen gem place:) Unluckily I arrived a Sunday late afternoon, Mondays most of things are closed, and walk around the city with a friend, but hey! getting lost around streets, having some lovely food, some of my favorite things . Def. I would love to come back, A lovely shop to visit is Interesante, full of lovely handmade objects:). Hlavna 26. It was an excellent choice. We were not familiar with it at all but the location was great, our accommodation lovely and there were so many things to do and at reasonable pricing. We'd recommend it absoutely. We were hoping for more snow but accept that was not something controllable 😂. However, historically, the time when we were there (29 Jan to 5 Feb) was the time of the most snow and lowest temps but the locals told us that for the past two years they had had their snow earlier and apparently a week or two before we arrived there had been a lot of snow.Guest review byLizaSouth Africa - 10.0

Beautiful little village/town on the foothills. Much less crowded and touristy than Zakopane. If you don't need the buzz then Bialka is rather perfect I'd say: the trails and roads are still really close and the town has all the services and facilities you would want. Everything was perfect. The relation between price and quality exceeded our expectation. The city of Wisla and the nature there was beautiful and we enjoyed it. The bikeparks were at high level!
