The view of the river was calming and beautiful . It is only a ten minute walk to Old Town, and a 15 minute walk to Charles Bridge. Yes, it’s an actual boat so of course rooms are slightly small, but it actually had more storage space than most other hotels. There are storage shelves under the bed, a hanging closet with shelves inside and next to. The beds were a super comfortable memory foam mattress too adorned with soft, heavy pillows. the bathroom look newly remodeled. The room is heated by a wall mounted radiator which kept the room warm even though the overnight temperature was -8. I liked being able to leave my hotel and be in the old town very fast by metro. I have health issues with knee arthritis and walking on the old cobbles makes it uncomfortable so I have to walk a lot slower when on the cobbles.Guest review byIanUnited Kingdom - 10.0
We were in Prague for 5 nights, plenty of time to get around...
We were in Prague for 5 nights, plenty of time to get around this amazing city. We did walking tours and bike tours (not great for biking due to the cobble streets and lack of bicycle lanes) and saw all the main tourist attractions. I would recommend getting a good guide who will tell you the back stories about the history of this city. Getting around is so easy, the public transport system is excellent. Restaurants are cheap, Asian food here is particularly good, and the city is very clean.Guest review byKaren MeenanIreland
