Katerina, Michaela, and Karolina are Tops! They helped me with early check-in, so I could have a much needed nap, with an extra pillow, help closing the very high bathroom window, help with the timed TV, offered me an umbrella, directed me to an excellent restaurant that provided a take-out meal. They represent your hotel so well! I felt care, support. You hire well! The breakfast was nicely displayed and delicious. The parking was so convenient! Your hotel is an easy walk to Billa and to the town center.

The hotel is in a prime location, right in the city center. The woman at the reception was really kind and helpful. They have a restaurant next to the hotel and a supermarket. Breakfast is good. The twin room was great with a tv, fridge, dryer, clean towels and lining. Sparkling clean. Recommended!
