Our balcony room facing the harbor was the perfect location for our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff members were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast, offered at an extra cost, was delicious and plentiful. A wonderful experience!

The location was great and the view of the water was nice. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious and just like it was represented online. AND the lady at the desk when we checked in was exceptional. She professionally handled grumpy guests checking in ahead of us who complained about everything. Also, on checking out, she gave us the option of paying at a different hotel, that was run by the same people, that did take credit cards. !!AND!! we left very important medication in the refrigerator, which she personally ran over to us while we were paying at the other hotel—this more than makes up for anything I wrote in the “What didn’t you like?”! Thank you so much!
