I loved my balcony with a view of the Alps. It was the perfect place to have my first cup of coffee--with a kettle and coffee provided. I don't know why other reviewers complained about the reception staff. Both women I dealt with were excellent. The restaurant next door had great food, and there too the staff were very friendly. I came to Penzberg to go to the very good art museum. If I had more to do there, I would have stayed at the hotel longer.

Lovely and spacious apartment. Quiet. Nice view. Kitchen very well equipped. Whatever else we needed the host quickly provided. I appreciated that salt and pepper and oil was available.
