At first, I want to thank Noursin and Ahmed Khalid at the restaurant for their always smiling faces and perfect service. They were great. The breakfast was pretty enough, could have had a little more options. Beach was fabulous.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its location is ideal—just a short walk from the train station and close to many of Alexandria’s main attractions. We booked a room with a direct sea view, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and well-maintained, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff—they were superb from start to finish. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to travel plans to Cairo, but the staff handled the situation professionally and even refunded the unused portion of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Alexandria!

Rhactus House San Stefano is located in Alexandria, 190 metres from San Stefano Beach, less than 1 km from Glime Beach, as well as 2.3 km from Abu Haif Beach. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk and a lift for guests. The stay was amazing. The staffs are friendly and kind, and the room has a ocean view from a balcony and window. Also there has modern interior and perfect equipments. Location is also very good and has good access for tram and mashrou3. I could find some supermarkets, cafes and San Stefano mall. I want to stay again when I come to Alexandria next time.
