The owner is very friendly and accommodating. He is willing to go above and beyond, based on the needs of his guests. The food was super nice, and it was always on time in delivering our requests. If we get an opportunity to come back again in Aswan, we will surely choose this hotel again for we were happy in our short stay.

decisamente la miglior struttura in cui ho soggiornato nel mio viaggio in Egitto. Personale disponibile al massimo e molto cortese, in particolare Abdu e Khaled. Il bus per/da Assuan parte ed arriva proprio davanti all'hotel. Il sito di Abu Simbel dista un quarto d'ora a piedi ma c'è sempre un tuc-tuc disponibile al trasporto per pochi pounds. La visita ad Abu Simbel è quella che mi ha maggiormente emozionato e aver potuto soggiornare così piacevolmente ha reso il tutto ancora più indimenticabile.

Molto efficente il piccolo traghetto che ti porta sulla terraferma, bellissima la piscina e molto rilassante. La vista della stanza sul Nilo è impagabile e porta ad un senso di serentià sia la sera sia al mattino al risveglio. Un plus il ristorante Panorama con una vista stupenda su Assuan di notte.

Lo staff è davvero super efficiente, non ci ha mai fatto mancare niente. La struttura è bellissima, in pieno stile nubiano. La sera abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante ed è stata senza dubbio il cibo più buono che abbiamo assaggiato in Egitto. We book a room at this hotel for one night stay prior our Nile Cruise. Our flight arrival time was 8:30 a.m. and I had ask the hotel if they had a storage room were we could leave our luggage while our room became available. The hotel reply was quick and accommodating. To our surprise, once we arrived at the hotel, they had a room ready for us. We were so exhausted and happy to find a place to lay our head. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
