We have been 3 times to this beautiful resort (the second time this year) and have already booked for the 4th time in June, always choosing a swim-up room. It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

Where to start? Nice welcome. Room in front of the ⛱️ Garden with birds. Everything is like it should be, all inclusive, you don't miss noting actually. From the main restaurant to Italian restaurant/ the best mushroom soup & tenderloin steak, delicious The pool bars, bar on the beach with drinks, snacks & ice cream.....     My late husband and I had visited the Concorde many times in the past and as is the custom for loyal guests, we got to plant a tree in 2018. We skipped a year because we went to Thailand the following year, and in 2020, we all went into lockdown and were once again unable to visit our beloved Concorde. We both contracted Covid and sadly, my beloved husband passed away. This year, I felt emotionally ready to return and contacted Ahmed El Marakby (the Front Office Mgr) to tell him that I would be visiting with two friends. Ahmed was on leave, so he asked Saad Eldin Mohsen (the Assistance Front Office Mgr) to handle the booking. He was so kind and empathetic and made sure that every detail of our stay was taken care of. This has to be my all-time favourite hotel! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. On this particular trip, Mohammed Rabie (the Housekeeping Mgr) had the room decorated so beautifully, that I was totally overwhelmed! The bathrooms are also fabulous and everything is extremely clean. The grounds are beautiful and the view of the sea is magnificent. I love this hotel because it's not a huge resort, yet you have absolutely everything that you need. There is ample space so that you don't have people sitting on top of you and you don't have to walk for miles to get a bit of peace and quiet. Yet it is far from dull and boring. The animation team offers a lot to keep you busy. The food is exquisite, a huge variety. The quality was amazing with something for every palate. Make sure you have at least 1 dinner in the Italian restaurant, run by Alaa. The evening entertainment will keep you involved and amused. The Concorde has always felt like home to me, so this is where I wanted to erect a plaque to honour my husband. Saad, Mohammed (the chief gardener) and the engineering team assisted me and even constructed a frame for it. I am eternally grateful!

    Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

    The diving facilities, staff, organization, equipment, access to Nitrox bottles and house reef easy access were excellent. A divers paradise! The brand new speed boats with impressive 300ps engines are awesome. All inclusive food buffet was overall good. Chef Mohammed gave us extra amazing attention and provided on request fresh grilled fish, fruits etc. I celebrated my Birthday there and the kitchen organized a lovely (huge) cake, which was a lovely gesture. The Chalets are good size and definitely worth the extra price to stay a bit warmer if you are here in January where evenings get cool. Bed was a bit too squeeky though. Hot water and good pressure in shower were very much appreciated!

The Staff is AMAZING! not one or two of them, All of them were Great! They so welcoming and work from their heart with an amazing spirit!     This hotel is just amazing 💕Mohamed the housekeeper delight our life every day 🌹a big thank you also to the Restaurant and Kitchen Team, the food was better than many other place and the staff( Moustafa, Khaled, Youssef, Mohamed, and everybody else ) made me feel like home 🥰 My Son and me loved the Kids club, which we stayed a lot. Thank you Ibrahim. Also the swimming pool from the hotel is a lovely place. The beach was very clean and also safe for children. A big thank you also for Sayed from the beauty salon. There are already so many wonderful things to do like snorkeling, diving, massages and especially the many activities offered by Captain Mahmoud's extraordinary team and the high quality shows performed in the evening. All the staff are adorable, attentive, attentive both on the beach and by the pool as well as in the various restaurants, not to mention the maintenance staff and gardeners, the cooks, the waiters (mention special for Ahzem from the main restaurant, Abd Allah at the pool restaurant, Mostafa who is part of Mahmoud's team, Hod Hod on the beach and many others of whom I don't really know the spelling of their first name. are all very courageous, with a sense of humor and kindness like I have rarely seen. Everything is put in place so that you only want to do one thing... come back as quickly as possible."

    The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Snorkeling and scuba diving is available. I did snorkel and it was a great experience.

    Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing. You can swim anywhere. No so much facilities ( food places, supermarkets,..) and pharmacies located around hotels. Weather is hot, limited gas stations and road is not preferable to be taken at night.

    I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. I will be leaving my review on our experience separately (as it warrants a whole story on its own :))

    The sea was beautiful.

    The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    I mentioned everything in my review, what I liked and didn’t like. Mainly, I noticed that someone bought a quad bike tour, and they were taken just a little way behind the hotel to ride on a pile of sand for a short while. There was trash and plastic all around, a complete wasteland—nothing pretty. I’m used to greenery, which I understand is lacking in this destination, but I definitely wouldn’t buy an overpriced camel or quad bike tour. Especially because, in that heat, it wouldn’t be an enjoyable experience for me, and with the trash around, definitely not. I did a diving trip, but it ended up being canceled. Unfortunately, they made us leave our things (like backpacks) in a place where locals were moving around, and we had no way to secure them. The original plan was that we would be on a boat. In the end, it didn’t happen, and that was probably for the best. I booked the trip through Booking. I had no particular expectations, even though we were supposed to see dolphins. Eventually, I arranged for diving, and I enjoyed it. Since I’m already a diver, it was easy, but when I saw how they even turn diving into a business, it bothered me. I saw parents forcing their 12-year-old daughter to try diving. She was crying, didn’t want to do it, but the father insisted because it was paid for. I watched her struggle and feel uncomfortable. It saddens me to see that everything can be bought with money, and that’s just wrong.

    We were in Casa Mare Resort super happy.

    We were in Casa Mare Resort super happy. We came with our 3 years old daughter so we really appreciate that they have 3 very warm pools. 2 of them are huge and with a bar in it and the third very warm pool is safe for small kids who can't swim yet. Also Casa Mare has a big playground in the shade for kids. Aleso few hours per day is open Kids club with a really nice girl from the animation team. All of them are doing a very good job. Always trying to cheer you up all day long with animation programs. We came without a traveling agency and we haven't any agent, so  people in recepcion were always helpful and nice. You can easily ask them about everything through WhatsApp. Food was amazing. Chefs are doing a great job. Choice of food was huge and delicious. Casa Mare has a lagoon with shallow clear water, hot in summer  and also bridge to reef. Reef is big and rich in many kinds of fish. You don't need to pay any trips to snorkeling, it's right there. Place is also very good for kite surfing in winter. I was surprised how big our room was and we had a view on the pool and sea. I loved that. We always had the same man for cleaning. Every day he made our room super clean and tidy and when we met him in the hall it was always fun with him. Our daughter loved him, because every day he made for her animals from towels. We are definitely coming back. This place where our 4th hotel in Egypt and Casa Mare Resort was best from tham. Thank you all personal for a wonderful holiday.
