Reception, especially KRISTEL, was magnificent and she made it her mission to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From explaining the area of Barcelona we were in, giving us a map and pointing out nearby highlights, giving us dining tips, and always greeting us with a smile, Kristel is a prime example of excellent customer service and someone who is truly caring and loves their job. We received little handwritten notes from the hotel over the course of our stay and it really shows that the hotel sees you as a GUEST and not just a CUSTOMER. The room itself was amazing and everything was immaculately clean. The room was huge and had a lot of windows letting in natural light. Bed was super comfortable, even the extra bed since we were 3. Breakfast was high quality since it is on an order basis. I actually prefer this to buffet options where the food is oftentimes old, cold, or both. The staff at both breakfast and at the rooftop restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Checkout was equally amazing. Since we do go to Spain often, The One Barcelona will now be our go-to hotel whenever we visit.

There is free high-speed WiFi available throughout and a Clef d’Or Concierge service. Friendly staff and very clean environment. It’s very quite in the room. Rooftop bar is nice and cozy for drinks or little snack.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. Absolutely as described. The 2 bedroom we rented had a view of the Sagrada Familia. The apartment was clean and perfect for a me and my 2 teenage daughters. Easy access to subway. Rooftop was great. Laundry on site was amazing. Would recommend
