This hotel is a clean calm and relaxing spot to enjoy the beautiful Cabo de Gata region. The amenities and rooms are maintained in perfect conditions with a luxurious and elegant style. The staff keeps everything extra clean. The rooms stay well isolated from outside noise and this allows you to have full rest at night. The rooftop pool and terrace let you enjoy fantastic sunsets. On top of this, the hotel is family-owned and the staff makes you feel like home during the entire stay. This became my new favorite spot in Cabo de Gata.

The place and the views are stunning. Everything’s very nicely and attentively prepared for the guests’ pleasure and convenience. We absolutely loved staying here. It was perfect for our needs. The hosts are also very friendly and attentive. During our stay they were available and sociable, but they also left us full freedom and privacy at the same time. We couldn’t ask for more! Ideally situated for exploring the Cabo de Gata and other areas of the Almería region.

the location is spectacular in the middle of the desert of Cabo de Gata just few minute walking from San Josè . We were where Sergio Leone made the clou scenes of "A Fistful of Dollars" with Clint Eastwood ((in the nice hall you can hear something of a western film).Close to the structure you can also ride horses. Our rooms, with spacious terraces, were completely sorrounded by nature with nothing in front but grasslands and mountain.

Merche & Pepe are fantastic hosts in this charming B&B: they do not only provide you with fantastic restaurant & hiking tips around San Jose, they also deliver wonderful breakfast with tasty home made jam! Quiet rooms, swimming pool with fantastic views, turtles/frogs/dogs as pet,  easy combinable with San Jose city and Cabo De Gata national parc, Casa Agua Marina is the place to stay over when visiting this part of Spain!

The location is ideal for exploring the Cabo de Gata area. It’s a ten minute stroll into lovely Rodalquilar and 25 mins walk to the beach. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the complex itself is nicely arranged with good pool and lots of art adorns the hotel In the restaurant they made up a special vegetarian menu each night with original and tasty dishes All the staff we met were friendly and helpful

The hotel is in a quiet location near the town of Rodalquilar. The room was comfortable and had a nice terrace area overlooking the beautiful garden. They prepared a traditional, delicious Spanish breakfast for us. There's also a pool at the highest floor of the hotel where you can enjoy the views, especially during sunset. It's a great place to stay at for exploring Cabo de Gata.

Beautiful property, amazing hospitality, walkable location to the local shops & restaurants & parking available! Many beaches are a quick drive out of the town, although the beach in San José is nice too. Comfortable bed, soundproof rooms. Highly recommend. Also the breakfast for 7€ was well worth it. San José is the highlight of Cabo de Gata & of Spain.

All in all, it was a good and clean room. It's indeed an ideal place to go and discover the Cabo de Gata area. You can park for free next to the hostal and you are very close to San José, which is the bigger town next door. The owner has been very welcoming and showed us on a map where the best beaches were in Cabo de Gata; in general the staff was very helpful.

Patricia is very kind and helpful. We had a great time in Cabo de Gata and we felt like home in the apartment. The surroundings are really nice, lots of things to explore and nice hiking, and great recommandations from Patricia. We highly recommend Botavara, you will have a good time for sure !

The hotel was easy to find and reception was open at the stated time for us to book in. The room was comfortable and the air condition worked well in high temperatures. The location was only 15 mins from Cabo de Gata and Playa Escultos where we wanted to visit for photography.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Everything was very clean. There is private free parking in front of the hotel. It is 5 min walking distance from the beach. The location is great if you want to spend some relaxing days in Cabo de Gata area.

Very nice and spacious appartment, quiet, parking just in front of it (even if not mentionned on Booking), terrace. Beautiful area of Cabo de Gata natural park (wonderful natural beaches just few minutes by car from the apartment).

Location is amazing, in the midst of Cabo de Gata but close to the small village of Rodalquilar. Easy to drive to the nearby beaches and towns. Staff were all excellent and the breakfast was very good.

I liked the proximity the village center and the beaches. I liked the surroundings, very green. It is a very nice place to go around el Cabo de Gata, which is so far my favourite beach place in Spain.

We booked one night but stayed 3. We thought it is just a room but we could use also kitchen and leaving room. The hostel is in Cabo de Gata and there are many beautiful beaches.

The hotel was in a good location for exploring the Cabo de Gata. There was plenty of free parking and the town centre was only 5 minutes walk away.

The location nearby the beach and restaurants, and in de middle of the Cabo de Gata park. Cozy apartment. And a friendly host.

The hotel was spotless and in a great location. Only a short walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming and helpful. Lovely pool area too. Excellent air conditioning in the room.

Clean and tidy room with expected facilities and aircon . Bed was nice and firm and of reasonable size. Had a good night's sleep. Our host was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely will add to my consider list for future visits! Thank you!
