Towels changed daily. Safe included. Staff speak Spanish and English. Beach just a couple of hundred metres away. Some excellent restaurants nearby. Very safe. Star of Hotel Castillo is Fred. He was so helpful and caring. Went out of his way to show us to a fantastic tapas restaurant and arranged an out of hours breakfast when he found we were leaving early. Benidorm must be proud of Fred.
