The small hotel is in a central location, quiet, friendly & helpful staff, decent continental breakfast and a pleasant terrace with views. Two friendly cats were a bonus.

Situated in Santa Cruz de la Palma, El Hotelito 27 provides a shared lounge and free WiFi throughout the property. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Modern design, welcoming friendly staff, comfortable and very clean. Great included breakfast too. Excellent central, yet quiet location in Santa Cruz, just a few minutes' walk from where the 500 airport bus drops off and picks up. Close to main shopping streets and seafront with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. I can highly recommend this small, friendly hotel.

I liked the remote setting overlooking the wild coastline. The landscaping and planting of the grounds is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa. Food choice was fine and staff were gracious. It was nice that it was off peak and that it was not crowded at all.
