Malaga has a great buzz, with plenty of galleries, historic sites and places to eat, drink and shop. Nice backstreets and easy access to beaches. We used it as a hub to access Cordoba which was very easy by train.Guest review byLST_LondonUnited Kingdom - 6.0

We stayed about 20minutes outside Marbella at a small beach resort. We only visited the old town which was delightful, full of amazing unique, street side restaurants. It was pretty and quaint. Marbella itself was busy with designers shops and lots of places to eat. Not something that we were interested in.Guest review byJaneUnited Kingdom - 8.0

We stayed for four days in early September, the weather was great, but the beaches were not too busy. We walked the length of the promenade and it was clean, friendly and a nice mix of bars, restaurants and shops. While it is a tourist place, there is still some traditional Spanish places to be found. We will definitely be going again, as there is so much to see and do.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

I am a big fan of benalmadena and have been back numerous times, just this last time was too short…. The train is cheap so easy to go to other places foo. The marina is always bustling and plenty to eat and drink there….. along with boat tripsGuest review byCrucheeky27United Kingdom - 8.0

Lively and nice old town. Great restaurants.
Lively and nice old town. Great restaurants. Burriana beach packed in like sardines. Necessary to book sun loungers daily . Very easy to walk around town. Try torox 10 mins down the road. Great value for food and drinksGuest review bystephen - 10.0
What a beautiful, safe, clean place.
What a beautiful, safe, clean place. So many lovely places to eat and drink. Great walks left or right of the beach, and the nicest city flowers we have ever seen. The only thing I would criticise is the lack of retail shopping; no branded stores anywhere. I would go back and 4 days is enough if yoiur travelling around.Guest review bymindundalkIreland - 10.0
Ronda is famous for its bridge which is truly stunning.
Ronda is famous for its bridge which is truly stunning. As we went in August we knew that it would be hot so planned to see the sights in the mornings and relax in the afternoon. At cooler times you could fit most things into one long day. There are great places to eat and locals are very friendly.Guest review byStephenUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Lovely quaint town. Good selection of bars and restaurants.
Lovely quaint town. Good selection of bars and restaurants. Not a late night/clubs place which was great for us. Lots of families and couples. Views down over the bay to Fuengirola and Benalmadina. Definitely want to go back as our stay too short as we were just there for a wedding so would like more time to look around and chill out.Guest review byEILEENUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Torre del Mar – A Hidden Gem on the Costa del Sol
Torre del Mar – A Hidden Gem on the Costa del Sol Torre del Mar really surprised me in the best possible way. It has everything you could wish for in a holiday destination: a wide and clean beach with a beautiful promenade perfect for walking, cycling or just enjoying the sea views. The atmosphere is authentic and relaxed – not overly touristy – so you really get a taste of Spanish life. The town is full of cozy tapas bars, beach chiringuitos with fresh fish, and plenty of nice restaurants and cafés. The location is also great for exploring the surrounding area, but Torre del Mar itself has more than enough to keep you entertained with shops, a lively weekly market, and a vibrant local vibe. What I loved most is the balance: it feels lively and welcoming, yet calm enough to really unwind. For me, Torre del Mar is the perfect mix of beach life, good food, and authentic Spanish charm. I would absolutely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!Guest review byErwinSpain
