Actually I have best hotel experience here as I booked a single room and didn't expect anything special. But Ana on reception explained me briefly how the town works, and recommended a great place to have dinner. And they provide exceptional home style breakfast included in room's price (the price was very moderate). They also have a perfect location. I can say this one star hotel can be a source of inspiration for many other more expensive accommodations.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Great value for money, the hotel has an amazing design, the cleaning was 10/10, the room and bathroom looked great, the hotel location is so close to the new bridge. And the breakfast was really good, plenty of dishes that we could choose from the menu. Also the reception staff was really nice. They were so nice, respectful and helpful. What else could we ask for? ❤️ This hotel was just like the whole city of Ronda: spectacular!

    What can I say? This is our second visit to Tugasa Las Truchas this year, and we have completely fallen in love with both the hotel and the charming town of El Bosque. One standout moment was when two of the hotel's ladies went above and beyond to help me break the lock on my luggage after I lost my keys—I am forever grateful for their assistance. The hotel's pool and terrace areas are perfect for relaxing, and the on-site parking is a convenient perk. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in such a tranquil and friendly place.     Molina del Santo is just on the edge of a small village hidden among a beautiful property next to the river. The units and pool are nestled among the gardens and pathways making it feel very private. We loved our dinner at the on site restaurant with Victor taking great care of us. It was our favourite meal of the trip with excellent food, great service and a wonderful setting on the terrace beside the river.

    Ronda is famous for its bridge which is truly stunning.

    Ronda is famous for its bridge which is truly stunning. As we went in August we knew that it would be hot so planned to see the sights in the mornings and relax in the afternoon. At cooler times you could fit most things into one long day. There are great places to eat and locals are very friendly.

    I stayed for a week which is longer than usual.

    I stayed for a week which is longer than usual. It helped that it coincided with Corpus Cristi, a 4 day event with Zaharan customes (but also with a lot of noise!). In normal circumstances I could easily stay for 4-5days alone or a bit longer with friends.There are the ruins of a castle with the village constructed steeply upwards, with an (artificial) lake below - quite spectacular. But you have to be prepared to face streets that either go up or down, and never level!

    The most beautiful area and easy to get to.

    The most beautiful area and easy to get to. The town is attractive with all the white buildings and central church. The long paseo has plenty of seating and at least half a dozen bar restaurants alongside. The locals are especially friendly and helpful and prices most reasonable. Ronda is under half an hour away and the coast only an hour by car. We went at end of March with warm days but chilly nights. The town does have some steep streets and our accommodation was at the top of a hill so needed some stamina to walk back after an evening meal.

    Ronda was a beautiful city.

    Ronda was a beautiful city. Seemed like a lot of history and great buildings and bridges. We visited the Chinchilla winery in the outskirts of Ronda and had a beautiful tasting with Tapas. Amazing. We wanted to stay longer but had to get to Seville in a timeline.

    Zahara de la Sierra is a great location for an active holiday with opportunity to relax if preferred. Bars and restaurants offer traditional, local produce. Hotel Al Lago was especially good. The town does have the steep hill streets of the traditional white villages.

    We were looking to get away from touring busy Madrid, Granada and Sevilla and spend some time in nature. The small village of Grazalema was perfect, in the middle of the national park where we did some hiking.

    It's a very traditional Spanish City away from the Costa's, So much history and some beautiful architecture and views of the gorge and distant mountains, and you can get there by train! Food and beer very reasonably priced, and the visit to the bridge and gorge are well worth the trip on their own, which is why I went.

    Zahara is spectacularly situated with absolutely stunning views to the mountains over the reservoir. The village is immaculate and has everything you need, shops and restaurants. I did some local walks, but bear in mind that most accommodation is near the top of a very steep hill, especially Tugasa Arco de la Villa.
