The property is very clean and neat, they’ve literally thought about everything. The staff is very friendly and are ready to help you with anything. Me and my girlfriend had a flight in the evening and they got us a room for the day for free including all vanities and access to all facilities.

    This was the nicest hotel in the nicest town in Mallorca. Everything was sparkling clean and well designed. I appreciated the great bathroom with both a big shower and a wonderful bathtub. The room was spacious and well appointed. It even had a mini frig and cutting board to make snacks in the room. It had a balcony off of both the main room and the bedroom with a view of the beautiful pool area. The enormous, picturesque sand beach was just through the lobby with many restaurants and shops a short walk away.

    perfect beach, small but not over busy. Warm water, clear and shallow, perfect for families. Great selection of restaurants and bars with laid back vibe. Only an hour from Palma by car. Second visit to Port de Pollensa, hope to return again .

    Soller is very picturesque and well served by shops, bars and restaurants. The roads are very narrow and extremely crowded with both cars and pedestrians. Parking is very scarce. It is very stressful to drive. The Botanic Gardens are worth a visit.

    The hotel was very comfortable.

    The hotel was very comfortable. We had seaview rooms with terrace and loved the view. Everything at the hotel is done with thought and care and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel is excellent. We had breakfast every day and also lunch and dinner at various times. We love the garden with the swimming pools - lovely place to relax.

    Great food and very peaceful and attention to detail at the hotel. The area is very beautiful up in the hills so even though it was hot there was a breeze. The pool is lovely and we loved the wild sheep and goats who roamed freely. All the food was delicious and we loved the honesty bar so we could get drinks and snacks whenever we needed without having to wait for staff. Wonderful place we highly recommend and we would definitely return.

    This is a beautiful part of majorca,. Esporles is a small villiage, great place to walk from, well sign posted, a few nice restaurants, a lovely home made take out pizzas place, friendly people. The bus bus system is great to get you around the island. I would visit again.

    I’ve been coming to Majorca for 25 years and stayed at many resorts . I try to avoid the “ English” ones only for the fact I like Spanish food and culture . I loved this place ,classy, extremely quiet ,fantastic restaurants, no blaring music, looking over the harbour with a glass of wine Quite a few nice shops , quite near busier resorts if you get bored Only down side was no beach , only a tiny one ok if you have a pool at the hotel which we did Definitely come back

    Every aspect of the Lluc journey is a pleasure, whether it's wandering the expansive corridors, finding solace in the exquisite church and museum, or engaging in pleasant conversations with the charming staff. I yearn for another visit, perhaps during the cooler autumn or spring seasons, as the room's warmth in July can be overwhelming without air-conditioning.
