We booked this hotel because it consistently receives positive feedback from customers and has a great location. We can say, with certainty, that this hotel overly exceeded our high expectations. As soon as you arrive, you are blown away by the beautiful scenery. The view from the room is just out of this world. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Nuno was very attentive.

Quiet corner of Soller, not far from the downtown stop for the little train to Port Soller. Very short walk to the centre of town and the railway station and also from public parking which is cheaper. Very clean, modern and comfortable.

    Amazing Hotel, gives the sense of a hidden gem to its visitors. The best thing about the hotel is the beautiful location (Not easy to reach but that played into its charm). Also beautiful building, outdoor dining areas, and pool. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. One day it rained and we hand to dine indoors, it was also a very nice setting. Barretes restaurant for lunch and dinner was amazing too.

    It was a very nice property. Big spacious house with every amenities present there. Very nice and helping staffs, one extra rating for the people around there😊 We really liked the golf place, there was a beautiful mountain view.

    perfect beach, small but not over busy. Warm water, clear and shallow, perfect for families. Great selection of restaurants and bars with laid back vibe. Only an hour from Palma by car. Second visit to Port de Pollensa, hope to return again .

    The hotel was very comfortable.

    The hotel was very comfortable. We had seaview rooms with terrace and loved the view. Everything at the hotel is done with thought and care and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel is excellent. We had breakfast every day and also lunch and dinner at various times. We love the garden with the swimming pools - lovely place to relax.

    Beautiful small town with some gorgeous shops and nice restaurants. We arrived by car on a Saturday market day and so could not get to our hotel due to road closures. Alot of the roads we were diverted into were tiny and not able to accomodate a large car so would not suggest arriving on Saturday unless in public transport or if you don't mind arriving after 4.30pm when the market is finished. Alot of restaurants and shops were also closed on the Sunday and we were told by the owners that this applied to Mondays as well in most cases so maybe some advance research would be advisable to maximise your stay. Lovely town to use as a base for Palma and Port de Soller.

    Great food and very peaceful and attention to detail at the hotel. The area is very beautiful up in the hills so even though it was hot there was a breeze. The pool is lovely and we loved the wild sheep and goats who roamed freely. All the food was delicious and we loved the honesty bar so we could get drinks and snacks whenever we needed without having to wait for staff. Wonderful place we highly recommend and we would definitely return.

    This is a beautiful part of majorca,. Esporles is a small villiage, great place to walk from, well sign posted, a few nice restaurants, a lovely home made take out pizzas place, friendly people. The bus bus system is great to get you around the island. I would visit again.

    I’ve been coming to Majorca for 25 years and stayed at many resorts . I try to avoid the “ English” ones only for the fact I like Spanish food and culture . I loved this place ,classy, extremely quiet ,fantastic restaurants, no blaring music, looking over the harbour with a glass of wine Quite a few nice shops , quite near busier resorts if you get bored Only down side was no beach , only a tiny one ok if you have a pool at the hotel which we did Definitely come back

    Every aspect of the Lluc journey is a pleasure, whether it's wandering the expansive corridors, finding solace in the exquisite church and museum, or engaging in pleasant conversations with the charming staff. I yearn for another visit, perhaps during the cooler autumn or spring seasons, as the room's warmth in July can be overwhelming without air-conditioning. My memories of Lluc are cherished keepsakes, deeply imprinted in my heart.
