Absolutely immaculate and beautiful! Nicest resort I’ve ever been to! And the staff is remarkable- extremely helpful, kind, friendly, professional, accommodating…I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone and everything was! The dining options are outstanding as well! It was also wonderful that we could easily walk on the beach walk to the Catholic Church (San Sebastian). It was a nice, 10 minute walk. Also, everyone at the resort spoke perfect English, which was helpful as we are Americans.

We are family of 5 - 3, 7 and 9 years old. Its really family friendly. 2. Food had good variety of options. Though the breakfast was almost the same every day, the buffet had lot of options of everything. The lunch and dinner had different options every day. Staff in the restaurant was nice, although one man ( I shirt and seemed to be manager) was littlebit off with some us and showed little respect for us. 3. Kid club is exceptional, staff there are amazing and the children was excited to go there every morning and in the evening they were also able to participate in the kids disco. You can feel the joy from the staff who works there in the entertainment and it brought us all a lot of joy. 4. Apartments had good air-conditioning and it was really clean, new towels every day and the cleaning staff was friendly. 5. Pool area was great for kids and adults. You have to have appointments for the pool and benches and they are sanitizen throughout the day. Staff was helpful. 6. Morning yoga and stretches was nice for kids and grownups (the woman who works there is joyful, nice and just the best). Every night had some shows at the terrace of the restaurant and bar. 7. Bartenders were friendly and amazing to us and the children all of the time, most of them showed patients for the kids. Although one of the (with braids) was rude to the children and seemed to hate his job and rolled his eyes when we got service from him (his drinks was also blend), he was alot different from the others who worked there if you look at his service. 8. Check out went great and staff at the reception helped us with everything we asked them to. For example our flight home was at 18 o clock and check out at 11. But we got to stay at the hotel area for longer time with the bracelets though we had to check out of the room. We got to have lunch and have a swim and even got to have lunch and get another room key to have shower before our flight.

We booked the preference club and we loved it. The breakfast was exceptional, there was tea time between 13:30-16:30 and you could get snacks and drinks then, and then at 16:30 there was an open bar. We got a lot for our money with access to a private area with Bali beds and sunbeds on the roof.
