Addis the front desk manager is an angel and always a delight to see when we wake up in the morning or needed ANY service at all she was ALWAYS right at our fingertips. Service is the top quality of this location. The room was always clean and had the most comfortable bed possible. Hot water and wifi were also working well every day and we stayed for a month so that is saying a lot in Addis Ababa. We have stayed at almost every single hotel in Addis Ababa over the past few years and have chosen this one for many reasons. We will definitely be back. God bless this absolutely blessed hotel. I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far. Located a little southwest of Addis Ababa, the area is incredibly safe and well-maintained. The transportation is also convenient, with easy access to public transit and major roads.
