- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.8Good - What previous guests thought, 1,376 reviewsThis is one of those hotels that offer really a great value when you take into account the amount you have payed and what you have received. It couldn't be more centrally located than it is. It is within the walking distance from the ferry terminal and if you want to take local buses it is just a stone's throw away from GE-huset bus stop that is used by all the bus lines on the island. My room had convenient private entrance and it was quite large allowing a good night sleep. Also, the property is reasonably priced in, usually, quite expensive Mariehamn area.Guest review byEugenCroatia
- From $175.92 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,181 reviewsGreat location, breakfast was really good, the room was spacious and especially the bathroom was large. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but heard it was really good. We were there during off season and noise from outside was not an issue, even though there was an AC/DC tribute concert next door.Guest review byJohannaSweden
- From $237.37 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 341 reviewsPleasant, sprawling vacation resort. We had a comfy duplex cabin back on a quiet lane. We drove around. If you stay for a while get bicycles. Accommodating: we rented canoe out of season. They helped. Multiple food choices. Pizza good.Guest review byNicholasUnited States

Definitely worth visiting—a genuinely pleasant experience.
Definitely worth visiting—a genuinely pleasant experience. That said, one can’t help but feel that in Europe’s smallest metropolis, shops exist mostly to enjoy their time off. We spent five days there; for the first three, everything was completely closed—shops and restaurants. And when the shops finally opened, it was almost as if they were doing us a favour—just a few brief hours, then back to their well-earned rest. Understandably, during the peak summer holiday, the locals are fully entitled to enjoy themselves. Still, if they were out in the open rather than tucked away behind walls, visitors might at least have a chance to share in their joy—or at least catch a glimpse of it.Guest review byBožidarSlovenia - 10.0

Godby is full of opportunities for everyone, sports, hiking, cycling etc. Beautiful environment. Short distances in all directions to historic sites and impressive nature spots. In the east e.g. the fortress of Bomarsund with an excellent new information centre for visitors and the Kastelholm castle. In the west the legendary Eckero post and customs building. Thera are large apple tree farms close by. We enjoyed a fantastic performance of Puccini’s opera Tosca at the Stallhallen open air stage, organised by Aland Opera Festival.Guest review byLolanFinland - 10.0
Beautiful old church, monastery ruins and the church path...
Beautiful old church, monastery ruins and the church path with lovely sheep you could pet and feed while walking. Many places to watch birds. Lovely island in all: the shop had all you needed, Brudhäll hotel had excellent food and the ferry ride went well. There were people with Carl, bikes and boats. Some just walked, because distances are short.Guest review byAnneFinland - 10.0

We enjoyed the nearby Skeppargården museum, it was just lovely and so interesting to learn about the history of the last sailing ships. Also the Lemböte chapel was a nice side trip (good for a picnic) and the canal crossing to Lemland was fun (bridge opens to let the boat through; and ice cream stand is there as well).Guest review byAnnabelFinland - 10.0

It was a very cozy and modern city at the same time.
It was a very cozy and modern city at the same time. The last time I was there, was 20 years ago, so many changes had taken place! I recommend the museums, they are worth a visit. Also, the city library is very nice.Guest review byKaarina MeskanenFinland
