We liked: - the well appointed rooms, nicely decorated - great communal areas at the hotel lounge / bar - fantastic breakfast - the hotel doesn't look much from the outside but the interior decoration is beautiful - we arrived early (8am) on the night train from Helsinki but were kindly allowed to check in and were given a room straight away - Mr Mark at reception took great care of us and helped us a lot with local advice

Set by Lake Kilpisjärvi off the E8 motorway, this resort is within 7 km of the Swedish and Norwegian borders. It offers cottages and apartments with private saunas, full kitchens and free Wi-Fi.

A sofa, TV and dishwasher are standard at Tundrea Holiday Resort. Cottages also include balconies and fireplaces. In-room breakfasts can be ordered on site. Location was perfect. Holy mountain Saana on the one side, beautiful Kilpisjärvi lake on the other side, several reindeer strolling around. The accommodation had all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. Great location for daily hikes around. Even the Norwegian fjords are a mere half-hour car ride away. Kilpisjärvi is my favourite area in Finland so far - highly recommended for all hiking and nature enthusiasts.

Studio is a beachfront property located in Rovaniemi, 500 metres from Arktikum Science Centre and 6.2 km from Santa Park. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is situated 7.7 km from Santa Claus Village. Everything- the location was very communicative but also quiet and easy park around and walk around. Place was very nice and had everything we needed. We loved the interior and were so happy with our choose. Communication was prompt and cordial. We missed the 1st night of our booking due to significant delays of our SAS flight to HEL but once we made it settled in this beautiful studio we appreciated so much.
