Maui Palms is an absolute gem on the Coral Coast of Fiji. The warmth and kindness of the staff was the highlight of the stay. They truly go above and beyond to help guests feel welcome. Throughout the stay, all of the staff are accommodating and find ways to fulfill your requests. Around the property, the staff would stop to check on you and see if you needed anything. Being a solo traveler, I felt safe during the entire stay. I arrived before the regular check-in time and there was just a short wait before they were able to move me into the room I reserved. As part of check-in, they set up a WhatsApp chat with you so that you can make requests (spa, meal orders, schedule transfers, etc.). Responses were prompt and Chris even sent the daily activities schedule, which helped me plan my day. The property is small and low key, which makes it a good place for disconnecting and relaxing. The room I reserved was one of the oceanfront villas. The view from the deck and inside the villa was lovely. The king size bed was very comfortable and there is an air conditioning unit up above. Staff were always busy maintaining the property, keeping the walkways and open spaces very clean. The flowers around the garden were so healthy and beautiful. Activities The activities were well thought out. They included water activities, reef walks, a waterfall hike, cultural demonstrations and also offered massages. The guides, Aku and Felix, lead a snorkel through corals that are alive, beautiful and teeming with colorful fish. There are so many bright blue fish as well as clown fish and others. Aku and Felix point out sea cucumbers, urchins, clams and starfish along the way. The reef walk was fascinating as well. Many thanks to all the staff at Maui Palms, Aku, Felix, Matai, Sonali, Vasiti, Neel, Chris and others for being so friendly and welcoming. My only regret was that I didn't stay longer. Vinaka vaka levu!

The hotel is nestled in a lush, tropical jungle right by a beautiful beach – peaceful, secluded, and full of charm. What truly made our stay exceptional was Viti at reception. She was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She went out of her way to arrange a shark dive for us outside of her working hours and even lent us her personal travel book. Her kindness and effort made our experience truly special. Highly recommended!

Fijian staff were amazing, friendly and approachable. We couldn't fault them. The food was delicious, plentiful and lots of options for different diets. My daughter loved the blue slide and pool. The gym, spa, entertainment areas and bar were very good, well-placed and convenient. My massage at the spa was amazing. The nighttime entertainment was very good and timed well for families and the children's bedtime.

The food in the restaurant was very good. The staff working there was very friendly and polite. Just to mantion a few ladies: Maraya, Mereiva and Vini. They always had a smile on theire faces and treated you like if you were a member of the family. We were in Beddara twice duering a period of 6 weeks. We will miss this place and the people working there.

The staff are excellent. They are friendly, hard working and entertaining. The daily activities are fun and well organized. The Burre we were in was clean, large and well kept. Our accommodations were simple and sufficient. Mixing with other travelers who come in for the day or a few days was quite fun.

Great location, very private bure's right near the beach with beautifully manicured gardens and coconut palms providing a real tropical island setting. The owner was very accommodating to our requests and available transport to Suva and to and from Nadi.

My stay was a wonderful time, filled with the helpful friendly staff who go out of their way to be friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much. They are an amazing group of people who deserve people to visit in droves,

No breakfast restaurant closed no hot water indifferent staff grubby room with dead cockroach on floor.
