Helpful. Knowledgeable cheerful especially Orane the Receptionist who went out of her way to give us directions and local information. Our room lacked nothing.large.well furnished comfortable. The Chef is innovative and the food is different and delicious. Cannot praise this hotel enough. .

Located 200 metres from the Belfry in the town of Bergues, Bienvenue Chez Nous is also only 3 km from Dunkirk Golf Club and 20 km from Cassel. A buffet breakfast with fresh pastries and fruit juices is served every morning. Honestly, everything was absolutely spectacular and amazing. It was a really jaw-dropping experience for me. Exceeded my expectations in every way! Very happy with this gorgeous and humble establishment. :)

We loved the pain perdus, they were as good as my grandmother's ones. I have food allergies, they did not dismiss them on the contrary. It was the perfect long weekend, just what we all needed. There are flexible sleeping options for up to 6 people which was great for our family. Everything was very clean and the host was very friendly. The apartment has a lot of charm and the roof terrace is a great asset. There is even a piano downstairs if you fancy tinkling the ivories.
