Amazing service and great owner - Pascal is the best and will do everything it takes to make your stay as nice as possible. Very nicely decorated rooms and great attention to detail, beautiful property, good location near l’Isle sur la Sorgue. Pascal always has good ideas of cool activities to do in the region - he helped book a restaurant each time we needed it and even offers daily apéros 7-8pm for all the guests! A Perfect Stay in Sainte-Maxime! This boutique hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a view from the balcony. We stayed at Staybridge hotel for a week and had an incredible experience. The hotel's perfect location, nestled in a quiet side street yet close to beaches, major attractions and shopping, made it an ideal retreat. The well-appointed room, complete with a practical mini kitchen and a relaxing balcony, added to the comfort. The very clean and beautifully designed hotel, with its harmonious colors and lovely fragrance, provided a serene atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and lovely indoor and outdoor seating. Train station is a few minutes away. Free parking is also available. Special thanks to Mr. Othman, Mr. Osmany, Mrs. Lea, Kevin, and the Room Service team for their exceptional service, which made ours stay truly memorable. We will definitely come back!

We loved absolutely everything about the hotel specially the staff at the reception. Julien checked us in the first day and gave us a lot of info and recommendations. It was a great introduction to the city. The girl from Portugal working in the afternoon was also super sweet and always ready to help with a bright smile. We felt at home!!! The restaurant next to the hotel was an amazing option for breakfast, lunch, dinner. We kept going back :) The area is lively and with easy access to pretty much everything. Rooms are small but still comfy and full of details. The full minibar was included. We are 100% coming back

The staff were attentive and helpful, as English speakers, we never felt left out or treated without respect. Special shout out to Benoit, Gregory and Laurent, thanks to them, we had an amazing trip in Provence. The Les Lodges crew has maintained the highest standards of hospitality that the company should be proud of, and cherish. For anyone who reads my post, this is a hotel you don't want to miss if you plan to stay in Provence.

    From the beginning to the end everything was perfect! Nicolas was very helpful since the pre-arrival till we checked out! He helped us with a lot of suggestions about what to do in the region. Everything went well. The lady who served us breakfast every day was also amazing and very friendly. Your room us cleans and made up by the time you are having breakfast. The pool/jacuzzi area is so incredible, very peaceful. Overall we had a great time and would surely recommend the place.

    We loved our stay here. The breakfast was excellent! As a vegan they had plenty of options for me. The location was beautiful. There was a great parking lot for those who are driving. The spa is phenomenal! There were so many rooms and it was very spacious so it never felt overcrowded. The inside of the hotel is beyond beautiful, modern, but still has its charm of an old convent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

    Wow! My husband and I had the most romantic and wonderful stay here during our honeymoon trip. The grounds of the hotel were incredible and so gorgeously maintained.     Nice is very busy in September. Great restaurants and bars. The main beach can be treacherous unless you wear footwear. Exploring by foot like any major city can be tiring. Consider buying a tram pass for a few days cheap and easy to use. Always Validate your pass on the tram when you start a trip. Separately a return tram pass from airport to city costs €10 remember to keep it for your return journey to the airport

    The city has two polar opposites, the touristy all polished places and the very narrow dirty little streets. I only got to see this because we arrived in the city with a car very late at nigh (early in the morning) 3:30am, and we missed a turn to get to our hotel so the navigation took us into different one way alleys and it was surprisingly lively and busy (not in a good way) at that time of the night. Otherwise on the typical tourist attractions everything seems normal, you see diversity of people, a lot of options for food and good atmosphere. We even witnessed a protest going on and still felt safe.

    Mostly disappointed with pollution! Smoking is allowed everywhere. Worst ever on all my trips! Beaches are pretty dirty! And the seawater is very dirty. I did not expect this! Very disappointing this time. I'll never go back. There are many prettier places for a real vacation and rest!

    We had a car so we took day trips to surrounding towns in Provence before leaving Avignon to head up to Lyon, then Amboise, then Paris. I wish we had devoted more time to exploring Avignon itself without driving somewhere else every day. Next time I'd plan more time to just hang out in Avignon, and go to the museums, shop, visit close by locations (walking or biking), etc.

    Came for the Cezanne 2025 exhibits, and thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in Aix en Provence. See the Basitide, see the studio, walk up to the Jardin des peintres. We even enjoyed a Cezanne-themed bike tour, and of course the Musée Granet. As in most of touristed areas of France, do a little extra homework, pick your spots, and make reservations for dinner- and even lunch. We did the 'menu wander,' which often leads to 'just ok' meals.

    Menton is beautiful.

    Menton is beautiful. A perfect stop along a fab coastline of towns and villages both in France and over the border in Italy. The town itself is buzzing with cafes, shops and restaurants. The old world charm of the town remains and it isn't over- commercialised. Beaches are lovely, with warm, clear water, mind the stony sand though. The area felt unspolit. An ideal spot to base yourself to travel around the regions, close to Nice airport, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and Italy. Public transport was fine, trains and Ubers, local buses were infrequent. We loved The New Bar on the pier, a basic pub with music and friendly staff. Menton is hilly, especially around Menton Garavan (port area) so avoid if you've mobility issues or young children, better to locate in the town itself. Recommend a sunrise swim, beautiful to see the sun rise and reach the Basicilica St Michael, a must visit tourist site.

    Arles is easy to walk around with a few inclines and cobbled roads. Most places of interest are within minutes of each other. A lot of cafes, restaurants and places to get an ice cream. A lot of independent shops with good quality wares. A delightful place, a lot of charm whether you want to follow in the steps of Van Gogh or not! We enjoyed the food and the people at Le QG, and Jardin des Arts. Getting to Arles by train from Montpellier is easy and just a short walk to get into Arles.

    Antibes is a lovely town with a lot to explore.

    Antibes is a lovely town with a lot to explore. The small narrow streets in the old town are wonderful and you never know what’s around the next corner. There are so many squares with good food at them all. A little knowledge of French would make thing’s easier but by no means necessary.

    We Didn’t like Toulon. Large, busy place. The main town wasn’t nice and not somewhere I would want to walk around. Beaches were very average - dusty shingle rather than sand. I wouldn’t return or recommend. We included the visit in a stopover.

    there are no 5star hotel groups there.. no Mario's or...

    there are no 5star hotel groups there.. no Mario's or sheratons or Hiltons ? wonder why ?? the hotels are overpriced for the value we get. But the city is lovely and a very nice place to visit. Ie. the Breakfast place where we stay - the older generation with old mentality are Races and Rude, but the new younger generation are very nice and polite. I thin the older ones have their pains in the Ass..s to worry
