This was a wonderful surprise stop after a long day of biking. The staff were friendly and helpful offering me a place to store my bike trailer and very accommodating. They immediately took a reservation for dinner at their restaurant and were very helpful with my dietary restrictions (vegan). I enjoyed being able to watch tennis on tv in the lobby and in my room. Everything was clean and comfortable, I would have stayed longer if I had the time.

This beautiful hotel is at the end of a VERY quiet alley-type street. Location was great, the room and bathroom was beautiful; everything was excellent but the customer service was more than excellent. Maude and Audrey were not only helpful and knowledgeable,but extremely lovely to talk to. They arranged for my room to get cleaned first so I could check in a tiny bit early which was so nice of them. I would one hundred percent stay at this place again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I spent a two nights in a 244 euros a night hotel in Bordeaux earlier this month and this Kyriad was a better experience room wise - and parking was free as opposed to an additional 60 euros. I did not eat in the restaurant but it looked comfortable and the menu was appealing. I did not have breakfast but will next time as they serve a full English breakfast.

    From the beginning to the end everything was perfect! Nicolas was very helpful since the pre-arrival till we checked out! He helped us with a lot of suggestions about what to do in the region. Everything went well. The lady who served us breakfast every day was also amazing and very friendly. Your room us cleans and made up by the time you are having breakfast. The pool/jacuzzi area is so incredible, very peaceful. Overall we had a great time and would surely recommend the place.

    I loved the hotel, the facilities are great. Amazing location, I love the fact that the hotel takes one to the beach in a boat. Also the hotel has a little beach. The rooms are super gorgeous, very clean, everything is so pristine!!! The spa is great as well. We appreciated that the hotel has private parking and 2 electric chargers.     The city has two polar opposites, the touristy all polished places and the very narrow dirty little streets. I only got to see this because we arrived in the city with a car very late at nigh (early in the morning) 3:30am, and we missed a turn to get to our hotel so the navigation took us into different one way alleys and it was surprisingly lively and busy (not in a good way) at that time of the night. Otherwise on the typical tourist attractions everything seems normal, you see diversity of people, a lot of options for food and good atmosphere. We even witnessed a protest going on and still felt safe.

    For a tourist it is very accessible, the public transport is excellent but the city is also walkable, and there plenty of cycling options as well. The city presesnts itself beautifully, and its repuprosing of buildings, including the Axis submarine base - you must go - and more ancient churches is to be admired. It celebrates its famous wine industry but is not too pushy about this. Get the City Pass!!!

    Toulouse is a welcoming city. I found it a relaxing place with enough to see and enjoy without any pressure.Good metro to get around but plenty to see by walking. Spoilt for restaurant choices from the busy one's to the smaller quieter one's all providing good meals and good wine. The Garonne river walks and boat ride provide the easy time away from the busy central area The Pink City is worth a visit.

    Mostly disappointed with pollution! Smoking is allowed everywhere. Worst ever on all my trips! Beaches are pretty dirty! And the seawater is very dirty. I did not expect this! Very disappointing this time. I'll never go back. There are many prettier places for a real vacation and rest!

    It is a marvellous city- stunningly beautiful with a chill, friendly and confident vibe. People are very kind to people with little spoken French and most speak quite good English. The food is great and prices reasonable. Being able to either walk everywhere or use the frequent, comprehensive trams makes exploration a pleasure. Overall, a truly special place.

    We had a car so we took day trips to surrounding towns in Provence before leaving Avignon to head up to Lyon, then Amboise, then Paris. I wish we had devoted more time to exploring Avignon itself without driving somewhere else every day. Next time I'd plan more time to just hang out in Avignon, and go to the museums, shop, visit close by locations (walking or biking), etc.

    If one wants to experience peace, happiness, meditation, internal joy, forgiveness, prayer, holiness, etc etc this is the place one must visit. It doesn’t matter if you are not a Catholic or a non believer you can experience true peace in Lourdes.

    This was out third trip to Carcassonne and there is plenty to see and do. We caught the end of the Feria, which had a wonderful atmosphere but there are other events throughout the year, including the famous music festival and fireworks display in the summer. It is also a good base for visiting the surrounding area - on this trip, we took the train and bus to Narbonne-Plage for a dip in the Med (!) but there is some lovely countryside just a car or bus ride away.

    Came for the Cezanne 2025 exhibits, and thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in Aix en Provence. See the Basitide, see the studio, walk up to the Jardin des peintres. We even enjoyed a Cezanne-themed bike tour, and of course the Musée Granet. As in most of touristed areas of France, do a little extra homework, pick your spots, and make reservations for dinner- and even lunch. We did the 'menu wander,' which often leads to 'just ok' meals.
