My stay was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. There was no AC in the room, and the actual space looked nothing like the pictures online. Reception didn’t answer the phone after a certain time, which made things even more frustrating. To make matters worse, there’s a club right next to the hotel—so when I opened the windows for fresh air (since there was no AC), all I could hear was loud music. This conveniently located hotel, easy to reach from any place in Paris, allowed me to have a very comfortable, quiet, clean room for a budget price. While other hotels were so expensive, with this this hotel Porte de Bercy I could afford to stay in Paris. The food for breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious, in large and airy rooms. It was a good budget hotel, and was very close to the Orly airport, exactly what I needed for my morning flight. I didn't have to wake up too early to go to the airport and so I was well rested. The room has AC and it's clean, these were my two main preferences and Ibis budget stood out in it. Additionally the room also had proper blankets for the night. All in all this hotel is a solid 8.
