Mansfield House Hotel

Mansfield House Hotel

Hawick

This 4-star hotel is situated in approximately 10 acres of grounds on the outskirts of Hawick, the largest Border town. Mansfield House Hotel features free WiFi throughout the property. The staff were all very helpful and delightful. The hotel was busy when we arrived as there was a wedding plus a birthday party. The staff were calm creating a calm atmosphere. We had rung ahead as we were due to arrive late. They very kindly kept the kitchen open for us. We had a fantastic dinner where the lady owner made a point of coming to find us to make sure that we were okay. A small personal touch went a long way considering how busy everyone was. Customer service is a dying art but it’s still alive at this hotel. We had a beautiful room which was close to the wedding reception and the member of staff who took us to our room was concerned we might hear some noise. This was not the case at all and it was a hot evening and the windows were open. We slept well and in the comfiest of beds. We would not hesitate to return
