"Loved the place, quaint and very nicely presented. We had the front room upstairs overlooking the church which really was delightful. It was incredibly hot (32c) during our stay and we could have benefited from air con, but other than that, the stay was very enjoyable, Had a meal in the hotel, food delicious, very helpful and attentive staff. Would definitely recommend. Only visited as my mum lived in Chagford in the 1950's and thought it would be nice to see what it was like as Ive never visited and she died in 2012. I don't think its probably changed much, which is lovely."Mandy. Australia
