Comfortable, everything that was needed for self catering was thought of and lovely and clean.

The property was very nice, clean and spacious in a very quiet part of Dartmouth. It was split over two floors and had a lovely modern feel in what is a very old building. We loved the old stone feature walls within. The apartment was full equipped with all that you needed for a self catering holiday, the bed very comfortable indeed and the shower fabulous! Communication from the management/owner was very clear and our queries were responded to very quickly.

We were lucky to have stayed in the House and in a self catering cottage. Both were nicely decorated, comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was delicious. The location was great for us as we could walk along the South Coast past, could stroll down to the Habour, to a nice pub and a cafe looking over Larkstone Cove. A lovely break.

Fantastic studio apartment very close to Exeter city centre (8-10 min walk). Well kitted apartment, including a fan (almost always missing whenever we've stayed in self-catering in the UK during Summer). Nice little touch of leaving a dog bowl & treats out for our dog! Appreciated! Being just a few minutes walk from the independent shops on Magdalen Road is a bounus too!

Location . Our room overlooked the tidal river Tyne with spectacular views albeit it rained a lot. We had the timeshare self catering apartment with all necessary equipment .
