This is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever been to. The location is perfect, next to Bond station. You can reach so many things on foot. The hotel is brand new, it opened last year. The design, comfort, cleanliness, service, great staff! Special thanks to Venky Shri and Felipe! Our room had separate toilet, separate shower, separate entrance area with heated floor and separate sleeping area. They cleaned our room twice a day, adding little surprises every time. Toiletries are Jo Malone made especially for this hotel. All the buttons are touch activated (lights, AC, curtains, ...) We loved the best BoTree bathrobes ever, beautiful BoTree umbrellas.

London is a fabulous city full of great historical sites,...

London is a fabulous city full of great historical sites, culture, hidden places, and many neighborhoods to explore. Even with the good transportation - underground, busses, walking and trains it still takes some time to get around. When the guide guys tell you you can see 5 different sites/ neighborhoods in a day they are wrong. And they need to tell you that even though some sights are free- you need to book ahead online. I missed the British Museum because I would have waited in line without the reservation for 1 1/2 hrs at least. I was there a week and 3-5 more days would have been better. All in all, I got to see the highlights and some surprises. Westminster Abbey, lunch at the Red Lion,Downing Street, Trafalgar Square, The Mall, National Gallery, Buckingham Palace, changing of the Guards, Hyde Park, Tower of London, west End theatre - The Mousetrap, 2dinners at Harry’s across from the Clermont Hotel and 2 wonderful times just hanging at the parks near my hotel enjoying the peace. A couple of helpful apps for transportation are TfL go and National Rail. Downside was there were too many tourists in early August and it makes it difficult to maneuver the streets. I would love to come back maybe early spring or late winter❤️

We stayed in Hounslow area for one primary reason, our hotel was close to the Hounslow Central Tube Station which was close to Heathrow airport for our departing flight and we could take a short tube ride to The Kew Gardens the day before we left. The area of Hounslow Central has a significant immigrate population. It was quiet and safe enough but was different than much of England.

An update to my previous critical review, which was uploaded on 29 April. On 2 May, I received a message from the owner, apologising for the non response, advising that their colleague had found the hearing aids but "hadn''t told them." The owner sent a photo of them, then on my confirmation that they were my hearing aids, posted them to my home address, sending a confirmation of proof of posting. Delivered today. It does leave one or two questions, but the way the owner has acted since my review was posted is commendable. I think Booking.com may need to check a few things. The telephone number on the confirmation is the one the owner responds to when arriving, but subsequent calls to that number elicit the response that it has nothing to do with that property. The communication in the last few days comes from a different number.

This premises should not be listed as a hotel it needs an "s" to read hostel. The room should not be described as standard and should be listed as basic. Nothing looked like the pictures shown on your website and none of the facilities listed were available. The conditions were so bad we left a day early, would have left even earlier if we could have but unfortunately at the time that was not an option. This excuse for a hotel should be removed from your listings if you want to maintain your reputation. We will certainly NOT be using booking .com again if this is the sort of premises that they have to offer. Next time we book a hotel we will dig deeper into the reviews, which we found out after the fact, were mostly negative. The whole place was a joke and, for us, not a very funny one.

Brentford has been upgraded beyond recognition in the last...

Brentford has been upgraded beyond recognition in the last 10 years and especially in the last 5 years. It has become one of the very beautiful and upmarket locations along the River Thames and opposite the Royal Botanic Gardens of Kew - a world heritage site - and in the immediate proximity to famous Richmond and its historic palaces and cultural sites, picturesque town centre and equally famous RIchmond Park. Bearing in mind that this is less then half an hour away from the very centre of London, it is a really great location for a holiday, even a city-escape and offers more famous landscapes, River and green walks than probably any other borough in London. Yet it is much more tranquil than any place closer to London with a host of nice new restaurants and cafes.
