The room was huge with a big balcony and sea view. We had everything we needed in the room, bathroom and balcony. The hosts were great, offering us information about the island, what to do in the evening and where are the best places to just have a relaxing walk. The breakfast was delicious, with us being very pleased with the vegan and gluten free option. The parking is also safe and large enough for everyone.

Blev jeg lovet at hvis ikke jeg kunne finde andet hotel da min rejse blev forlænget pga arbejde. Havde de mulighed for at rede en seng op i et tilstødende lokale for at hjælpe.

Gayle and Mark are wonderful hosts- there is nothing you could want for in the Sentry Mead- they have literally thought of EVERYTHING! The rooms are tastefully decorated, have mini-fridges, snacks and mugs for tea and bathrobes. Downstairs there is a bar room with drinks and snacks on the honour system and upstairs a Nespresso machine. The downstairs lounge is comfortable and inviting, as is the conservatory, terrace and garden area. You are a three-minute walk from the beach and trekking routes. There are restaurants and shops nearby as well as a bus stop, from where you can catch several different buses to explore the island. It is quiet and peaceful, but wonderfully accessible to tourist sights and other points of interest. And the breakfasts are outstanding!

It was in a great location! Walking distance to everything but in a quiet part of town. The host were extremely nice and helpful and breakfast was delicious.

Haven Hall is amazing. Deeply touched my soul, I’m still enchanted by it. Originally I booked the Tennyson room, but David was kind enough to upgrade me to the Sailboats Suite, which was marvelous. All the glamorous reviews are absolutely justified. With my humble photos I’m just trying to do justice to the place, but you really need to see it to believe it. Highly recommend it, I can’t wait to return.

The Wellington is very unassuming from outside but inside it is really lovely. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment and the dining room is beautifully done and looks fantastic - I'm sure the bedrooms will look as fantastic when completed, The staff were really lovely and we had such a warm welcome. We's asked for an early check in as were attending a wedding and this was no trouble at all. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and served by a lovely sever, again nothing was too much trouble. We especially liked the balconies looking out to sea - the perfect place for a much needed arrival cuppa!

Beliggenhed gå afstand til strand og byen, super god restaurant morgenmad og aftensmad veltillavet, flere rum til ophold, rengøring af værelset hver dag, Hotellet har karakter og er helt sit eget. Der var ventilator på værelset. Havde ikke lyst til at tage hjem.

One Holyrood Hotel & Cafe ligger i Newport, under 1,5 km fra Carisbrooke Castle og 7 km fra Osborne House. Der tilbydes indkvartering med have og gratis WiFi. Lots of great things to say about this place. There was a place to store our bikes out in the garden, they provided us with a fan for our room as it was hot weather during our stay, there were hot and cold vegan options for breakfast which were delicious, the coffee at breakfast was brill, the building and garden were beautiful and well kept, we had an exterior key so could come and go as we pleased, and finally… the staff were all wonderful, from the owners to the restaurant staff to the housekeepers. Would 100% recommend.

Eastmount Hall ligger på den højeste del af Shanklin på Isle of Wight og er et hotel med fantastisk udsigt mod øst over Culver Cliffs. Et meget hyggeligt og charmerende sted med utroligt venligt personale. God beliggenhed med kort afstand til både strand og butikker.
