The breakfast is amazing! Very nice English breakfast included and extremely exceeded our expectations. The landlords are very friendly, kind and helpful. I highly appreciate the help from them for purchasing the period pad for my partner at night. My partner had period and did not prepare the pad. When we realized it, it was almost 10 pm and nearly all the stores were closed. The landlord drove me to the closest store to purchase it! I want to say a sincere thank you to them.

The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment and the dining room is beautifully done and looks fantastic - I'm sure the bedrooms will look as fantastic when completed, The staff were really lovely and we had such a warm welcome. We's asked for an early check in as were attending a wedding and this was no trouble at all. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and served by a lovely sever, again nothing was too much trouble. We especially liked the balconies looking out to sea - the perfect place for a much needed arrival cuppa!

They always had time for a little chat, and very politely suggesting things to see, and places to eat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Isle of Wight.
