Great fish & chips shop near the pier. Fun on the pier. There seems to be a lot going on in Lancaster ie a Jazz Festuival and Films to watch at the Duke's Theatre. A Really a nice break for me as I am a film and music buff. This was my 2nd stay over this Summer and Autumn at the University this and once again the Bus Service was good and this helped me get about. What a nice, British seaside town! The Eric Morecambe statue and surrounds were worth the visit on their own. The town was full of ‘characters’ who, without exception, were sooooooo friendly.
