Located opposite Heathrow Airport Terminals 2 and 3, and within minutes of Terminal 5, we’re in the perfect spot if you’re planning on travelling for business or leisure. We love the hospitality that all the staff showed us. Our flight arrived late after 8pm, so we were very tired from the long 12-hr flight. There was a queue as many flights probably arriving around the same time; but the check in process (especially through Booking.com) was extremely quick and efficient. We already put in the request to have the bed as well as the sofa bed turned down and ready. The bed was very comfortable. The water was hot with the good pressure, so we did have a good rest. The Breakfast was hot with various options to choose from. Aliston at the breakfast service was extremely helpful. Once he knew that it was our first time in the UK and at this Holiday Inn location on Bath Road, he gave the brief explanation of what were all the choices, and came back to check how we liked the food. Another staff that we would like to thank for all the support was Alain from the reception. We asked him if we could leave the luggage with him and go take care of the rental car first. Alain helped store them and even went out of his way to help with the heavy luggage when we came back with the rental car and ready to drive off for our trip. To summarize: the staff here at the Holiday Inn, at Bath Road, are all friendly and get out of their way to help to make sure that your stay is smooth and extremely pleasant. Thank you very much.

Absolutely perfect for the 1 night we needed to sleep well after a 13 hour flight. Room was comfy and clean. We slept like a baby considering we are so near the airport.
