- From $186.45 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 2,033 reviewsMyself, my husband and my two children came to stay here, in one of their cabanas, for just one night. We were trying to make the most of having a full day in Wales on the Saturday. We booked quite last minute and didn't do any research, it was purely based on location and price. When we arrived we got a little lost looking for the check in but the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Our cabana was brilliant, worth every single penny. Just the right size for my family, clean, airy, everything you need! 10/10. We had pizza on the terrace which was super tasty and the kids played for hours in the playground and the enormous rhododendron bushes. What a beautiful setting, definitely more than a caravan park! I would highly recommend staying here and it's starred as a place we will stay at again.Guest review byClareUnited Kingdom
- From $172.11 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 1,992 reviewsThis Hotel was exceptional. It was Beautiful Inside and Out. Right next to the Beach and Boardwalk. It was walking distance to Cafes and Restaurants and shops. The Food was very tasty and we loved having Breakfast every morning in the Sun Room facing the Ocean. The room was spacious and very comfortable and they provided soft Robes and slippers. The Tea and Coffee set up also had Hot Chocolate and cookies. Delicious!! The Staff was wonderfully pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and again!! Thank you!Guest review byKimberlyUnited States
- From $162.55 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very Good - What previous guests thought, 4,020 reviewsWe arrived late, almost at midnight, without a reservation. The night staff were helpful, but they didn’t have enough authority to fully assist us. It would be better if the hotel trained the night staff to handle last-minute guests for the benefit of both the guests and the hotel. It wasn’t their fault—they did their best. Thank you, Garett, for being kind and helpful. The breakfast was great—I loved the sausage—and the service flowed smoothly. Also, the location is excellent—just a minute’s walk to the railway station.Guest review byBoonyanuchThailand

Making arrangements from here in the USA was a challenge, the staff at the Trearrdur was outstanding, they were engaged, responsive, and extremely helpful. Once we arrived the staff on site was always available and the room they provided us was set up beautifully.Guest review byPeterUnited States

It is a handsome town surrounded by beautiful countryside and is located on a lovely coastal setting. The Promenade and the Great Orme are both very much worth experiencing. There is a wide choice of good quality accommodation, cafes, pubs and restaurants. We really enjoyed both the Palladium (Wetherspoons) and the nearby Cottage Loaf for food and drink.Guest review byAlunUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The Town has a good many shops selling outdoor clothing, a number of cafes and hotel/restaurants. A small bakers but not a decent handy supermarket if you are self catering. Take your time exploring the town but don't expect too much. Good service and good food at the nearby Swallow Falls Inn. The Swallow Falls themselves are disappointingGuest review byphilipUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Conwy is a busy friendly town.
Conwy is a busy friendly town. It has lovely shops, delicatessen, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The harbour is at the bottom end of the High Street where you will find the smallest house and river cruises. There is a lovely coastal walk to the marina from the harbour. The railway station and bus services are excellent.Guest review byPamelaUnited Kingdom - 10.0
You can never have too long in Llanberis area!
You can never have too long in Llanberis area! The mountains & lakes are stunning, and there is so much else to explore too. Snowdonia has a magical quality to it that makes it so special. Llanberis is also a great base from which to explore outlying places e.g. during my trip, as well as completing my main goals of climbing Snowdon and Tryfan, I took daytrips from Llanberis to Caernarfon and Anglesey on one day and Llandudno & Conwy on the other, visiting castles, National Trust properties and beaches on teh way. The various driving routes to and from these places back to Llanberis were a joy in themselves. The nearby Pen-y-Gwryd hotel is so interesting, steeped in mountaineering / Everest history - although it was lovely to have the place almost to myself to look around, it is a shame it is not promoted a bit more as a place to visit for a cup of tea / place to stay.Guest review bySerenaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A small, compact city that's a little run-down and in need of some government cash to bring more people in. We've never been in such a quiet city centre on a Saturday night; plenty of pubs, not enough people! So many Turkish barbers, so few decent restaurants...and no hotels! Plenty of take-out eateries, but that's not what tourists need! Lovely setting, Welsh government: you're missing out on tourism in Bangor, so splash the cash and glam it up...decent restaurants, a couple of hotels and a modern bar or two. The city should be very grateful for the Black Bull, JD Wetherspoon's, the only busy pub in town!Guest review byAnnetteUnited Kingdom - 10.0

There is a community annual newspaper available listing and describing a variety of hikes. I personally took the Precipice trail, a two hour easy to moderate trail, only about 4 km from town, with it's own courtesy carpark and toilets. Minimum elevation change with scenic views. Would highly recommend the Stag Inn and Royal Ship hotel for food and drink. The Torrent Walk hotel was also a favorite.Guest review byCraig - 10.0
