- From TL 6,128.10 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.8Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 377 reviewsBreakfast was delicious with home made granola, and bread with lovely home made jam. The full scottish breakfast was superb. The conservatory was a beautiful place to eat and to view the gorgeous well kept garden (to which guests have access). The house has been beautifully furnished and much thought has been given to the interesting art. The hosts go absolutely above and beyond to make their guests comfortable and nothing was too much trouble, even down to the variety of gins in the honesty bar! Would definitely recommend.Guest review byHeatherUnited Kingdom

Edinburgh is a lovely city if you like beautiful...
Edinburgh is a lovely city if you like beautiful architecture, history, and art. The castle provides an interesting background to the history of the city and marvellous views, as does a climb up Calton Hill. Holyrood Palace is another gem worth a visit. There is a very good art collection at the National Gallery (which is free of charge), including the main Impressionist and Post-Impressionist artists, Italian Renaissance masterpieces and Scottish art. If you stay at the centre, you can walk to the most important sites on foot. The food is good, but on the expensive side, as is the accommodation. The centre is easy to reach by tram; the transport system provides good connections. Dean Village is a must - a fairy-tale-like place in the heart of the city.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
I’m from Glasgow but haven’t lived there for many years.
I’m from Glasgow but haven’t lived there for many years. Great parks, great shops. Always something going on. Amazing pubs everywhere. Some with traditional musicians and theatre sessions (Oran Mor for “a play, a pie and a pint) Glasgow has a buzz of energy. Centuries of fascinating history, stories, legends. And you’re a couple of hours away from breathtaking natural beauty if you head north.Guest review byAnonymousNew Zealand - 10.0

Been a few times to Aberdeen as this is where our son lives. Plenty variety of eating places and pubs etc . We were there one night as we were there for a specific show at the time in the Aberdeen Music Hall. Downside is the amount of beggars and homeless people in the city centre.Guest review byBobUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Only had a day there but went on a boat trip in the morning. Nice little shopping centre and the church was worth a visit. Lots of shops, pubs and eating places. Had a very nice dinner at Crannog restaurant. We were too late to see the Museum as it was just shutting at 4.00 pm.Guest review byAnitaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Oban is our place to catch a ferry to the islands and where we land on return. It is a busy town, the harbour and Dunollie being our chief interest the short time we are there, watching the ferries and other vessels sailing off or returning to harbour is always a pleasure. As such it always has an air of excitement about it, the anticipation of a ferry journey amongst and to beautiful islands. Therefore it is always a pleasure to be in Oban.Guest review byAlisonUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We are regular visitors to this wonderful town and lucky enough to have experienced fantastic weather on the last three occasions. Very challenging putting green and well worth a visit. We stayed one night and actually tried to book another night but the property was fully booked. We visited the Wallace Monument and Stirling Castle but ran out of time. We'd happily return again and take a bit more time to look around.Guest review byMarciaAustralia - 10.0
It's a bit like a time warp!
It's a bit like a time warp! Scottish architecture at its finest, with a stunning sea backdrop and rolling hills. Then, there's a load of hip students roaming the streets! A city of history and culture was my thought.Guest review byDohertyUnited Kingdom - 10.0
I love this neck of the woods.
I love this neck of the woods. Plenty to do if you are an outdoors person or just want a break from busy places. It is a nice laid back location where there is a lot less hassle. Lots of nice food places - either restaurants or take-aways and plenty of shops where you could buy your own food if you don't want to go out. Highly recommended. If the weather is not so good there are plenty of lovely places you can drive to within 45 minutes.Guest review byMarkUnited Kingdom
