- From $180.25 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 767 reviewsThis gave my wife and I a chance to stay in a proper quirky Manor House. What was surprising was the award winning Indian Restaurant operating also in the house, which has been voted in the top ten in UK. The food and service was amazing and the hallway gallery with the awards and press clippings for the restaurant and the history of the house back to the 1700's. Our room was huge with a beautiful bathroom and very comfortable bed and big windows to open. We slept well. This has certainly been a highlight of our trip from Australia. The staff were just great, friendly and chatty and Ollie the cat at reception thinks he is the owner of the Manor.Guest review byGeoffreyAustralia

I loved how close it is to the shopping centre and to a lot of really good restaurants & fast food places. 10/10 really loved my stay and would stay here again next time I visit Swansea.Guest review byHawwaMaldives

The town of Tenby was lovely being located near the beach...
The town of Tenby was lovely being located near the beach with a castle ruin and the old town wall giving a number of options for a lovely days out. It is also located nicely giving a number of options for day trips to nearby places of interest, alternative beaches, or water activity like surfing or walks along the coast. While Wales can't do anything about the weather that is the only thing which made our stay a little challenging. You need to have a list of things you are able to do on a dry day or a wet day and be prepared to alter plans depending on the weather. It did not ruin our stay you just need to be flexible and dress for all weather options! I would highly recommend visiting Pembroke Castle which is only about 30min drive from Tenby. Included in the price to enter is a tour guide who takes you through the castle and its history. This was very entertaining and informative.Guest review byLindaUnited Kingdom - 6.0

the travel in Newport is expensive and bus drivers do not help you to get to your destinations. The standard price for single ticket is £5, the day ticket for all zones is £9 and if you want to travel further with children then its more than £13 ! it is very expensive on travel.Guest review byDartaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Beautiful view, captivating scenery with local hikes and walks available. I loved the ride on the steam train from Aberystwyth to Devils Bridge. As a solo traveller for the first time I was nervous about eating out so enjoyed fish and chips on the pier instead.Guest review bySuzyUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The Town has a good many shops selling outdoor clothing, a number of cafes and hotel/restaurants. A small bakers but not a decent handy supermarket if you are self catering. Take your time exploring the town but don't expect too much. Good service and good food at the nearby Swallow Falls Inn. The Swallow Falls themselves are disappointingGuest review byphilipUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Conwy is a busy friendly town.
Conwy is a busy friendly town. It has lovely shops, delicatessen, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The harbour is at the bottom end of the High Street where you will find the smallest house and river cruises. There is a lovely coastal walk to the marina from the harbour. The railway station and bus services are excellent.Guest review byPamelaUnited Kingdom - 10.0
You can never have too long in Llanberis area!
You can never have too long in Llanberis area! The mountains & lakes are stunning, and there is so much else to explore too. Snowdonia has a magical quality to it that makes it so special. Llanberis is also a great base from which to explore outlying places e.g. during my trip, as well as completing my main goals of climbing Snowdon and Tryfan, I took daytrips from Llanberis to Caernarfon and Anglesey on one day and Llandudno & Conwy on the other, visiting castles, National Trust properties and beaches on teh way. The various driving routes to and from these places back to Llanberis were a joy in themselves. The nearby Pen-y-Gwryd hotel is so interesting, steeped in mountaineering / Everest history - although it was lovely to have the place almost to myself to look around, it is a shame it is not promoted a bit more as a place to visit for a cup of tea / place to stay.Guest review bySerenaUnited Kingdom - 10.0
