Lovely city, centre is clean and well kept.
Lovely city, centre is clean and well kept. Plenty of restaurants and gift shops with the cathedral a must see. Other attractions like Stonehenge are not far away too (about 20 mins drive). We parked in Waitrose as you have up to three hours parking, cathedral is about 20 mins walk from here but parking was £10 all day thereGuest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 10.0

It's a great town with many interesting shops and places to eat and drink. It has a good vibe about the place. We found an excellent French cafe/restaurant which was very good . We would have gone back for dinner but it was closed on Monday evenings. Pity.Guest review byChris MobbsUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Great town with lots of character.
Great town with lots of character. Find parking a big problem, insufficient provision which would deter most. As we we're staying on a bus route, found that mode of transport to be more convenient/ less stressful.Guest review byMartinUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Warminster is a perfect location to see the many sites the area has to offer, the local train station is convenient to Bath, Bristol and Salisbury all worth a visit for a day. We went out twice for an evening meal, The Lamb at Hindon and The Prince Leopald at Upton Lovell, food was fantastic, but make sure you book ahead it can get really busy.Guest review byjaniceUnited Kingdom - 10.0
The place was utter perfection.
The place was utter perfection. Pat and Rowena's design sensibilities throughout the Old Library were exceptional. And then to be greeted by peacocks in the morning, in this idyllic location..it was the perfect end to a three week trip. The walk into Castle Combe was delightful-I had thought the village would be the highlight, but I have to say my accommodations for the evening rivalled even the lovely town..Guest review byKingCanada
