If you looking for a beautiful, peaceful, modern winery to stay, you got it - it's Eclipse Winery Boutique hotel.
We spent here 2 nights, honestly was not enough, I would love to stay 1 or 2 nights more to enjoy an atmosphere and beautiful sunrises.
You don't feel like you staying at the hotel, you feel like you visiting your friends. And we were lucky because the owners of the winery were there and we had fantastic tasting experience, winery tour and warm evening talks close to fireplace with a glass or glasses of wine.
The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive.
Of course, Tamari is a soul of the hotel. Even we arrived pretty late, she was waiting for us and did a winery tour and a tasting.
She is one of kindness and lovely person I've ever met.
Of course, I'm not only one who mention this - there are two beautiful dogs you can play with.
All this and also wonderful winery, clean and spacious rooms, modern kitchen, which you can use, and full security.
NOTE: they provide a breakfast, but for dinners there are several options: to order, to cook or bring with you.

Stunning view of the 16th-century Gremi architectural monument. Everything was nice, great service, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable clean room. Good value for money. Food was delicious especially the BBQ ,,mtsvadi", and house wine, traditional red one must try. Perfect place to explore Kakheti. Would definitely recommend.

Found a great bar, very small but the guy that ran it and his wife were amazing, best bar we found in Georgia and probably the smallest and basic but would go there every time. Check out Suphevs Bar if you are in town. Don't be put off by how small it is, the wine and beer he picks himself and he's passionate about it. The town around the castle is nice, the rest is run down, we were recommended to go to Badia restaurant and that was the best choice, lovely meal there, went there on the day we left for coffee and a light bite, enjoyed that too.

My stay was perfect!
My stay was perfect! I visited all of the dinning options and each one was terrific. The staff was great and the recreation facilities are amazing. I enjoyed the spa and appointments were easy to make. I spent a lot of time walking around the lake and resort. The scenery is beautiful--especially this time of year. I'm coming back next year to enjoy the outdoor pools and facilities.

Overall I guess it was ok.
Overall I guess it was ok. Check-in at Park Hotel was terrible. We reserved a room with a queen bed, and all rooms are supposed to have a view. We specifically confirmed the queen bed with a request immediately after reserving. What we got at first was a room with twin beds and no real view. One side was blocked by a wall, the other side viewed the access road. The front desk refused to change anything, saying they had a large group taking an entire floor. (There was a youth group of some kind there.) We had to call the reservations line to correct this. The lady on the phone looked up the reservation, confirmed the queen bed, and arranged for a correct room. It is very disappointing that the on-site desk people can't do this. (The view was the same way but had no wall blocking one side, and the mountains could be seen from the balcony now.) Once we were set it was all ok. We did not do much in Tsinandali, just enjoyed the park and dinners. Once at the Radisson (overpriced) and one at a local Marani (very good deal!)

Great location but the town lacked restaurants.
Great location but the town lacked restaurants. On Friday night we had to taxi out to a restaurant located near the border crossing. It was good but it would be nice if they had a good selection in town. Most places to eat are associated with guest houses and not necessarily open to the public. The reserve was great. It was beautiful, well-signed and had helpful staff.

The view of the grape fields is amazing. The facilities are excellent, including a sauna and a pool with a nearby bar. The staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant served great food, and the local wine.

Sighnaghi is worth to visit.
Sighnaghi is worth to visit. Unfortunately during my overnight stay, it rained a lot 100 percent. We couldn't see nothing about the town in the next day. But the evening we arrived we walked through the city and it was a nice small cute little town. It's worth to visit. Go check the monastery that is nearby. We missed to see due to the rain.
