Amazing service, hospitality and the comfort for the great price! The good thing is that they are renovating the area all the time and adding the usefully and comfortable features. So I see the new stuff every time I go there. Rooms: The view from the rooms are great, no matter what weather it is. Sometimes clouds are under the balcony level and you are swimming in the cloud ocean. In good weather you see the mountains and the open space. The room is comfortable and cozy. Everything is there you need to feel relaxed. (Note: Not all rooms are with balcony) Breakfast: Great choice of food, including Georgian pastry. No matter what kind of taste you have, you will be satisfied. And everything tasts great. Service: I think that the most valuable thing about this place is the staff. From the moment you enter the building they make sure you feel confident, relaxed and comfortable while staying in Gudauri inn. Very friendly, very helpful and professional people. We visited around Christmas and it was magical. They have the coziest lobby which extends to the lounges and dining; there's a fireplace, pool table, books and cozy spots to snuggle up and watch movies. We didn't really stay much in the rooms because the hotel is so dreamy you might as well cozy up with a drink in the lounge areas. There's a fabulous huge patio. They have a very well maintained heated pool; great sauna and relaxing therapies. The a-la-carte food is outstanding. Bfast spread is a mix of Mediterranean, breads, honey, at least 7-8 types of cheese, veggies, meats, salads and so much more. Dessert menu is great too. It is veg-friendly. We hiked up to the church early in the morning to take in the views of Kazbegi & rewarded ourselves with a delicious breakfast in town @ Tiba after - really recommend . Fantastic place for skiing holidays. However, you have to have some previous experience skiing or snowboarding; it's not very beginner-friendly. But the views are fantastic, and paragliding options are available as well, so you can enjoy flying. And most importantly, no queues on lifts:) and decent ticket prices. Went there in July which gave us perfect 20°C and a hideaway from the extreme heat in the valleys. Absolutly wonderful views of the mountains around town. The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure). upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC.
