The property is beautiful. A mix of seclusion and proximity to great stores and food. It’s located off a highway so you don’t have the hustle and bustle of people outside, but there’s a mall right across the street you could walk to if you wanted. I’d recommend using Bolt. The staff are absolutely exceptional! They are far superior to anywhere I have stayed abroad before. They are kind, welcoming, and go above and beyond for every need. Adena was so gracious she even spent a short time getting to know me and helped me source something I had come specifically to Kumasi to find! She saved me so much time and was the catalyst for my success in this endeavor. She is the best. The food there was so good as well! I had room service and it was worth every cédi. It was so good and generous portions. The breakfast as well was brought to the room and has everything you could want. This place has no drawbacks. Even the construction going on to expand the hotel and make a restaurant was not a bother or noisy at all. The hotel is guarded well with large fences, and armed guards. It’s a magnificent place to lodge. I will return! 10/10! Oh and they have elevators!!!! So easy to check in.

Aesthetically pleasing hotel which I enjoyed my stay .Respectful staff and an excellent customer service. I enjoyed the breakfast and it was on time as well.Despite the general blackout,the hotel had a standby plant which quickly restored the wifi. Was impressed about their living area,room size,spacious washrooms and how spotless they were. Few minutes ride from the airport with the use of GPS and the hotel shuttle took me to the airport right on time for my flight. Would definitely recommend.

I loved the cosy feel of Tumi. Staff are attentive and very helpful. I loved all the locally produced knick knacks and fresh food. Breakfast was super!
