Everything especially the front desk staff,waitstaff and security team. Khadijah,saruba and Alisa were so professional and diligent when making sure every visitor is checked on their business in being there. They make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. Also the waitstaff person Ellen who always pays special attention to detail. That makes guests feel at home. She's a true professional at what she does every day. Please give all your staff a bonus because they work hard and dedicated everyday.

A big spread but not a lot of variety as it was the same items everyday. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the aesthethics of the property was top notch.

Offering an outdoor pool, this Boutique Hotel is located in Brufut. The property is 1.9 mi from Bijilo National Park. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Breakfast was spot on. Beautiful nature walk to the beach, nice gardens!

The staff here is wonderful. They are all very kind - the bar and restaurant, room housekeeping attendants (specifically Alex), Arrison the gardener, and front desk (Riquita). Everyone was very helpful and always asking how my day ways and making sure I was enjoying Gambia. The accomodations are great value. Very good breakfast, clean rooms and facilites, great location, and beautiful pool with beach views. The rooms are very spacious and pretty and the house keeping attendants do a great job cleaning every day. My room attendant, Alex, made beautiful flower designs each day and was very friendly and polite. If i was in the room working he was very mindful and did not disturb me. Wifi was not bad. About 10 Mbps by the pool but I wouldn't rely on it for seamless service. Video calls weren't always perfect but I had no issue getting an africell sim card and connecting my phone to my laptop for video calls. I was able ti work and there were many others working remotely from the hotel besides me. Conveniently located in a central part of Gambia and although the prices are a bit high the taxis and bicycles are right outside the hotel for convenience. At one point I did forget my watch on my pool chair and the pool attendant came to deliver it to me in my room, very kind.

The staffs were so kind Especially Mary at breakfast , Pamz at the gym and Emily at the reception, Mariam at dinner… they all made my stay a wonderful experience 🥰 I’m definitely coming back🥰

Located in Serekunda, 1.1 miles from Bijilo Beach, RoofTop Boutique Hotel Adults Only has accommodations with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a bar. This place is truly a gem. While you feel like a family member, there is still a luxury boutique feeling about it. The owner is involved in your stay, and the staff meets you every day with genuine smiles. I have travelled a LOT, but this place made me feel like it was a new experience.

Located in Kololi, a 3-minute walk from Kololi Beach, Bamboo Village Resort has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The staff were definitely the best part of the stay. The cleaner Foday was exceptionally friendly, staff member Ben was kind and offered to show me around as a guide, Abu who worked in the kitchen was a great guy, Adex and security out the front are great people to speak to and the people on the front desk are super friendly too.
