Located in Kololi, a 3-minute walk from Kololi Beach, Bamboo Village Resort has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The staff was amazing they always had a smile on the face from the server, cook, receptionist to the security team. I really felt welcome and I will stay there again. I am personal thanking the two Fatous, servers Muhammed the cook Ous the cook, the server that worked at night sorry I forgot her name. The cleaners were great too!

Located in Serekunda, 1.1 miles from Bijilo Beach, RoofTop Boutique Hotel Adults Only has accommodations with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a bar. This place is truly a gem. While you feel like a family member, there is still a luxury boutique feeling about it. The owner is involved in your stay, and the staff meets you every day with genuine smiles. I have travelled a LOT, but this place made me feel like it was a new experience.

The staffs were so kind Especially Mary at breakfast , Pamz at the gym and Emily at the reception, Mariam at dinner… they all made my stay a wonderful experience 🥰 I’m definitely coming back🥰

Located in Sere Kunda NDing, a few steps from Kotu Beach, Sunset Beach Hotel has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a restaurant. The staff here is wonderful. They are all very kind - the bar and restaurant, room housekeeping attendants (specifically Alex), Arrison the gardener, and front desk (Riquita). Everyone was very helpful and always asking how my day ways and making sure I was enjoying Gambia. The accomodations are great value. Very good breakfast, clean rooms and facilites, great location, and beautiful pool with beach views. The rooms are very spacious and pretty and the house keeping attendants do a great job cleaning every day. My room attendant, Alex, made beautiful flower designs each day and was very friendly and polite. If i was in the room working he was very mindful and did not disturb me. Wifi was not bad. About 10 Mbps by the pool but I wouldn't rely on it for seamless service. Video calls weren't always perfect but I had no issue getting an africell sim card and connecting my phone to my laptop for video calls. I was able ti work and there were many others working remotely from the hotel besides me. Conveniently located in a central part of Gambia and although the prices are a bit high the taxis and bicycles are right outside the hotel for convenience. At one point I did forget my watch on my pool chair and the pool attendant came to deliver it to me in my room, very kind.

A big spread but not a lot of variety as it was the same items everyday. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the aesthethics of the property was top notch.
